Ample parking for multiple vehicles and side parking for a boat. This home is less than 3 miles to Hayden Lake, 15 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene and 20 minutes to Silverwood. The main level living area provides an open floor plan that accommodates groups or families (up to 8 people) with a full kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room. Enjoy a cup of coffee or backyard bbq under the timber framed patio cover with dining area and propane fire table. Downstairs Master Bedroom: Queen Bed Upstairs Bedroom #1: Queen Bed Upstairs Bedroom #2: Full Bed Upstairs Bedroom #3: Two Twin Beds Each bedroom has adequate room for a comfortable stay with plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has space for a portable crib or pack-and-play. Upstairs, you will find board games, cards and coloring activities or relax with a movie night in the living room with a large smart HD tv. The large driveway and adjacent RV parking space provides room for multiple vehicles plus boat parking.
