It is good city nice and safe.

Clean but staff charge more than just a room

Cleaning needs to be called to make an appointment, otherwise no one will clean! The parking lot is 18 dollars a day, the breakfast is relatively simple, coffee 🍞 bread, milk, and fruit sometimes come and go...

This hotel is a little far from the airport. It is next to a city hall, and there are many homeless people next to it. I feel that the security is not very good, but the hotel's equipment is very good, and the service is also very good. The breakfast is considered among similar hotels in the United States. abundant.

Very convenient location. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. We used all the amenities offered like the fitness center, basketball court, swimming pool, hot tub and bbq grills. Breakfast is a little lacking some days. Staff very friendly and attentive. Superior grocery just across the street. Would stay here again.

Great place, large room, kitchen very convenient, decent breakfast, but the air conditioned was malfunctioning (wouldn’t turn off even after intervention from the engineering team). Other than that, great option.

I liked how it was clean and quiet it was. The breakfast room is very convenient if you’re on the go.

All staff were so kind and professional, our flight into LA was super early and we were able to check in a couple hours early which was so nice because I was exhausted. Breakfast was one of my favorite things! It’s buffet style with so many options, staff was there waiting to restock and keep it all clean. We were in the pool and jacuzzi tub every night it was wonderful! Thank you for everything. Highly recommend.

I was really impressed with the room. Incredibly roomy and comfortable. Gad a dishwasher and dishes. Everything was pretty clean. Lobby is really tastefully done amd inviting. Staff were really nice and welcoming. Only suggestion is for a small extendable mirror as it was difficult to put on makeup as the bathroom wasnt bright enough and the mirror pretty far away

The rooms were very dirty. Very disappointed in this property. Management was nice and upgraded us and that is why I rated the staff a three.

My family really enjoyed the stay here. The rooms were very nice. My only complaint was that at check in the associate was not very welcoming. She did not review what time and where breakfast was at. I had to call next day to ask until what time was breakfast because I was not told at check in. She did not review any of the amenities the hotel had to offer.

Great place to stay. Clean, safe and nice pool and hot tube. Room was large with 2 queen beds. Outdoor fire tables.

Traveling with small children is a task all in itself, which is why I make every effort to plan ahead! In this case, I booked a room with a bathtub. I even called ahead a couple Days before, but after waiting 20 mins for a human to show up to the front desk and I was able to finally checked in, I was given a room with a shower only. Young children DO NOT SHOWER. Again, no person at the front desk area….once she finally showed up I was told housekeeping was behind that day because they had a meeting in the morning but I was blocked in to switch to a bathtub room the next morning. I was to come back around 9am for new keys. Lo and behold, no room was avail the next day either. In fact, we were never switched to a bath tub room. I also called to prepare the hotel to leave a mattress topper in our room. I asked again when we checked in. 4 days and 3 night stay, NEVER received the mattress topper. Coffee is awful here! If you need coffee to get going in the morning, plan on offing from Tata’s behind the hotel or you’ll be seriously disappointed.

Everything was clean and convenient. They have heated pools, we walked to stores a block away. The studio was perfect for us with young children to store and make food for the girls. Breakfast was a plus. Staff was very professional, polite, and helpful.
