Fabulous! From stepping through the door to having a complimentary upgrade room. Hosts so friendly., rooms comfy, cosy and great size. Bathroom lovely and jacuzzi bath a bonus too. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate/biscuits replenished daily. Breakfasts the best! Selection, all needs catered for too. Would highly recommend and will be returning next year

Stayed for one night in September was a bit disappointed as we stayed a few years ago and it seemed quite different this time first told restaurant wasn't opened in evening when we went the time before food was excellent was one of reasons we went back also was meant to be luxury room which wasn't as good as room we had previously was right at top of house with narrow staircase which with my arthritis I found very difficult room was very dated mattress really needs renewing room was very cold . Bathroom looked nice but you need to be fit to get in bath as under eaves and the shower has a foot step to get into . I understand the building is old but when people are booking that room I think they should be warned . Last time we stayed we were in a luxury room with four poster bed and bath and shower you could get into. I wonder if the hotel has different people owning it now as before the interior design was different with lots of old pictures and things telling you history of building on walls . Staff were very nice and breakfast was very good , but sadly I don't think we will be back . We did manage to get a meal at the Hawthorn which I can highly recommend.

Having stayed this last week we really enjoyed it however the pictures need updating on the website as our room looked different - slightly chilly as well but heyho the weather is all over the place at the moment - only one downside is the sausage on the full Yorkshire - not nice (past their best) but apart from that the scrambled eggs were delicious and the kippers Devine Staff were fab and were very Yorkshire welcoming

We had a lovely warm welcome and shown to the Memories road with comfortable 4 poster bed. Great spa bath, very clean all round and housekeeping cleaning/tidying our room daily. Car parking was such a bonus and felt safer than leaving car in a dark unattended car park. Breakfast sausages are the best we’ve had. Steve & Mairi

Was concerned reading reviews after booking but it’s a lovely clean quirky place. I stayed in the pears room which was lovely and warm and spacious, nice bathroom. Great view from the window. Nice tasty breakfast and great service . Property well situated for all of Haworth’s gems .

I looked at a few reviews on TA before we stayed here and think some seem a little hard with their comments. Firstly it’s nice to stay somewhere that’s not a corporate hotel like a Premier inn or Travelodge cookie cutter layout hotel. It’s an old hotel with quirky features so you need to keep that in mind. I liked the door access to enter the hotel with a fob for the front door, its location. To the large car/coach park (3-5 min walk away) and the rest of Main Street was ideal for our needs. The breakfast we thought was good, was better on the second morning but both were to a decent standard. The possible only gripe we’d have was the lighting I. The room was quite dim, but the type of lights are in keeping with the theme of the hotel so it’s to be expected. All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and welcoming.

Janet and Julie really saved us when we arrived late at night desperate for somewhere to stay. Not only did Janet come down to give us a room, she also poured us a drink, stayed for a chat and made us feel very welcome. We weren’t made to feel that it was an inconvenience at all and are very grateful for that! The lavender room was gorgeous and the eggs Royale for breakfast was delicious! It’s also in a great location and the perfect bnb for the quaint little town of Haworth. The perfect British countryside location. Thank you for a lovely stay!
