Great visit! Margaret, Dawit, Yonas, all the servers were amazing! Breakfast buffet was full of variety.
They even had a birthday surprise with cake for my husband!

They have the best customer service I’ve ever had in my whole life. Everything is exquisite and I have no complaint. The rooms are clean, everyone treated us with respect and everything in this hotel is really beautiful. The pools, the spa, the gym, all were beyond my expectation.

I had an exceptional experience at this family-friendly resort. The staff are incredibly welcoming and well-trained, starting from the airport meet and greet to the reception. Special mention to Liyuwerk , the reception specialist, who was both friendly and highly knowledgeable. The resort offers an excellent restaurant with top-notch food and a children-friendly playground that made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Haile Resort has one of the to tier customer service I have ever seen. I have been to many hotels but this one feels like home. The rooms are super clean and relaxing, the breakfast buffet is to die for. Thank you Haile resort Hawassa. I can’t wait for our next visit.

Spectacular in every way! We loved our stay at the Haile and were beyond impressed with the staff, the rooms, the amenities, and the food. The staff especially went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make our stay comfortable. We also loved the boat tour to see the hippos. We definitely recommend the Haile!
