We booked a two night stay in a studio room and prior to our arrival, we received a call from Katrina to say our room was ready, which we appreciated. Our room was upstairs, it had everything we needed, a comfy bed, spacious bathroom with nice toiletries, a shower and spa bath, seating inside the room and outside too, a kitchenette with table and chairs. We loved the location and how we could walk to Havelock North Village with it's shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a continental breakfast in our room one morning which was good value. Katrina and her team are super friendly and gave us suggestions of places to visit in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

The service provided was outstanding call me early to advise my room was ready.I had a VC that went until 1-am no problem with a late checkout. my colleague left his laptop there they called me to let me know. The room was clean tidy and well appointed

We had a 2-bedroom apartment - very comfortable with all kitchen needs well catered for, although height challenged people might struggle with the microwave's placement. Came with a lovely sunny private courtyard, perfect for drinks and al fresco meals. Beds were great, furnishings tasteful, shower pressure strong! Ample off street parking and 2-5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Would def stay there again!

I stayed last night and it was all super comfy. But what made the night even better was the wonderful help I got from the owner when the TV wasn't getting a signal. She worked away at it, fixed it, and the night's entertainment was saved!

Fantastic unit, spotlessly clean, large bathroom and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again - what a treat to be in such a comfortable motel and so close to the wineries, Te Mata Peak and the coast. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. It suited us down to the ground. The room was clean and very comfortable. This is a well presented motel and we would certainly stay here again. We would recommend this motel to anyone visiting Havelock North.

We were fortunate to find a room at the Harvest Lodge during the post cyclone emergency. Manager, Katrina went above and beyond in welcoming us and extended a lovely experience under less than than optimal conditions. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here with my Husband and grand-daughter while visiting the Hawkes Bay. The room was very spacious,very clean and comfortable beds. The owner was really lovely, very friendly and helpful. Located within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars, bakeries and lovely boutique shops, swimming pools, playgrounds. Short drive to Hastings township and 25min drive to Napier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Recommend highly. Definitely will stay here again on returning to the Hawkes Bay.
