Stayed for 3 nights. No room service provided - room cleaning / sheets changing / water and other basic amenities re stocking . Food quality was excellent and service was good for room food orders. They charged us extra for late check out which we paid using a different Gpay account- Even after we requested at the time of checking in- late delay of information- just 40 mins prior check out time mentioned we have to pay 2000 rupees for late check out . Big hassle . will not recommend. You can pay extra and stay in good resorts .

Rooms are good. Very well maintained and spacious property. Food service is very pathetic. They have only 1 employee in restaurant. Food is a bit overpriced. Staff is not bothered in restaurant. Hotel amenities are good.

Location is ok and room service very poor, no response from reception nor room service. Food is also ok. No room service provided for in room dining. Need to improve to become resort. Overall experience is below average

Best place to stay in havelock, hotel has amenities, very clean, very luxurious with lot of space. Pool is best part. Service with great ethics.
