For me, this hotel was ideal in terms of location. I love swimming, and in Havelock you can only do this at Radhanagar and Elifant Beach; so, from De Foret to them is approximately the same distance - 25 minutes walk. Due to the "remoteness" from the beach, the price is lower, but not the quality! Cozy, spacious, wood-finished rooms with soft light and a rustic ambience; radiant, hospitable and polite staff; delicious food, including for non-fans of spicy food; cleanliness, order, harmony with nature. If you want to swim in Havelock, but at the same time save money and not lose quality, book this hotel!

We had a pleasant stay at De Foret. The room was very spacious, near and clean. Swimming pool was very nice. Staffs were very helpful. Food at their restaurant was also good. 2 wheelers are available for rent. Radhanagar beach is jus 2.5 kms from here. Over all we had a good time.

Excellent service by the staff at the hotel. Will prefer staying here on my next andaman trip too. Food was also excellent at the restaurant. They also provided scooty rentals at standard rates which was very helpful. The hotel is located in a very serene and green location.

We had a lovely stay at Deforet. The place is quiet and beautiful. The staff is very sweet and amiable. The food options are also good, incl. Veg food. I loved their welcome drink which was a tender coconut drink.. so refreshing and much needed after the choppy and nauseous boat ride. And their breakfast muffins are the best we've had.. freshly baked everyday. Would love to visit again!

Amazing property. Close to nature, secluded. Pvt, cozy, aesthetic pleasing villas with pvt pool and bath tub options. The food at the "L'amoure" restaurant is a must. Thanks to head chef Mr. Rajat, for serving some of the finest dishes we have tried here at Andaman. "Mutton Suhka, Kaju Makhana".

Excellent stay with fully cooperative staff. Great property with a forest view. Complete privacy and would surely recommend for a couple stay. Hospitality and complementary food service adds up to the overall experience. Timely cleaning and quick response to your queries and requirements are taken care of. Property has common pool service to enjoy.

I spent a happy few days at De Foret attending the wedding of two close friends. It was perfect! The rooms were sublime. The staff were attentive, kind and professional. Best shower of my life! The food was also very good- a perfect blend of traditional and western, something for everyone. I cannot recommend De Foret enough!

The ambiance and the vibe of this place is must to experience, the staff are soo courteous and welcoming,the food quality and texture is just fabulous and the morning breakfast is soo wholesome Had a wonderful stay.loved it Highly recommended.
