This place has the potential to be excellent, however it is extremely run down and in no way can be called a four star resort. There was no WiFi outside of the reception and nearby communal areas, the bathrooms were very dated, not to mention the sheer amount of rubbish around the beach.

My daughter recently stayed at Symphony Palms during her school trip and accidentally left behind one of her belongings. We contacted the resort and were assisted by the housekeeping manager, Mr. Deepak, who was extremely prompt and helpful. He quickly located the lost item, kept us informed throughout, and efficiently arranged to have it sent back to us. We truly appreciate his responsiveness, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

From the moment we arrived, Alex made sure everything was taken care of with a genuine smile and calm attitude. He went out of his way to assist us, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask.
