We booked symphony palms as it was listed as a 4-star property -that is also a Club Mahindra associate. The resort has a great location and a really clean beach -that is far better than the Radhanagar beach. However the good thing ends there. The place is totally run down and needs a complete overhaul even to be rated 3 star. The woodwork needs painting. The toilet tiling is so bad it has moulds at the joints . The kitchen which is visible has pathetic flooring. There was water dripping from the AC into the floor . We felt we made a mistake in not checking other reviews before coming here.

We stayed at your hotel and were charmed by the exceptional service! The staff was attentive to every request, always with a smile on their face. I would like to mention Chef Bhim who specially prepared a delicious and not spicy meal for us!! Theda! The hotel was very clean! The pool is pleasant and the bar lifts the atmosphere. And the magical environment added to the pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for a dream vacation

It was wonderful stay at Symphony Palm. It has private beach and very near to all the other major beaches. The spread for breakfast is really good and you will enjoy the taste. Rooms and resort ambiance is magnificent. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Alex. They made our stay memorable.

Excellent service given by Mr Vikram singh ,he is very kind and helpful . We are going with our child for birthday vacation the most comfortable place to stay and good hospitality given my him make my journey more pleasant and beautiful …highly recommended to this resort and special thanks to Mr Vikram singh .

Beautiful property turned out to be a very hostile environment to stay. Staffs like souvik sarkar in the reception area very rude and also are big time liars. They never informed us about the construction work going on opposite our property. Manager vikram singh is least bothered to even pick up calls when tried to connect multiple times. Venom bar staffs were equally rude to us. Overall not worth the experience to stay in this property by paying so much when there are better property to stay nearby.

Horrible rat and vermin infested place… bad staff unhelpful Extremely filthy room with mold growing on walls Lacks even basic amenities, it’s worse than any of the low-grade hotels available When asked for help giving excuses like we cannot handle more than 50 guests, we don’t have amenities available
