This place has the potential to be excellent, however it is extremely run down and in no way can be called a four star resort. There was no WiFi outside of the reception and nearby communal areas, the bathrooms were very dated, not to mention the sheer amount of rubbish around the beach.

Wifi services need effort Staff was very cooperative Food was delicious and good options available for breakfast and dinner They have a private beach that adds to the advantage.. well maintained beach sitting area Special provisions for beach side dinner can be made Renovation going on so hope to see more rooms and better facilities soon They said they are working on wifi too Only BSNL and Airtel network works here

One of the best Resort and best Ambience.. The New Year Eve was phonemnial, We had a blast Eve Thank you Mr. Alex for your hospitality we really loved your gesture. Best Part Rooms with Beach view and Venom Shack with Beach view. Highly recommended

Stayed in rooms 83 and 87. Are upgraded rooms like a hotel near railway station of Paharganj. Very ordinary tiles of bathroom , local sanitary ,leaking washbasin, no tables ..had to eat on bed with newspaper. Also though everything booked with a tour operator and he paid all the advance, the reception people Arshad and Mr Alex harrased me twice that rs 12000 is remaining. And that was the gala dinner of 24th which neither me nor the tour operator knew about. I told the reception people that weare not interested to attend but then they kept on arguing and asking for money. It's only when I showed my UP style of argument and stooped to that level things were sorted out. There is a video of leaking basin which i am not able to upload as there are no options Never ever go for this property

"Symphony Palms and Beach Spa was a true oasis of relaxation! The resort's lush greenery and tranquil atmosphere immediately put us at ease. The spa treatments were sublime, with expert therapists and luxurious facilities. Our beachside villa was stunning, with a private patio and breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff were warm and attentive, and the food was delicious. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a rejuvenating escape! Rating: 5/5"

I find this place best one because of their friendly staff and good quality service. Here I find the best amenities and above all their ambiance and room are clean and their ensure the comfortable stay and a good view to calm the eyes. The room was near and services were fast that made my stay more comfortable and easy.
