Excellent Property with Worst Staffs. Staff attitudes with guests are very very poor. No one knows what is happening. Forcefully asking the luggage's even before the checking out time.. The Reception staffs are not having service mind.. NO Service mind .. Please avoid this hotel .. In HAVELOCK .

This is THE WORST HOTEL I have ever entered in my entire life which spoiled our entire family vacation in Andaman. For those of you who have come here looking at reviews so you can book this hotel I beg you please do not make the mistake of booking here by looking at it online. Do take the time of reading my experience before you make this blunder. We had booked the hotel one month before the date online and also received a confirmation from the app. When we reached the hotel, they told us that there are no rooms at present so we will give you a room in a hotel called Joy just 1km away from here. And the hotel which they took us was a third quality hotel which was still under construction and also had too many water and electricity problems which they did not disclose but we got to know after looking at the online reviews. So we denied being there and it almost took half of our day in the Havelock Island with all of us with the luggage waiting without having lunch and it was almost 5.00pm. Then they showed us two more hotel which seemed fine and also promised we will provide the transport from here to the Havelock Hotel in case you want it. Later, the hotel where we stayed told us we do not provide extra mattress and there can only be two people in one room in this hotel. Then after fighting with the Havelock hotel manager we got an extra mattress and then we had to adjust. The next day they said as you people have booked two rooms one room is available in Havelock Gateway hotel now. So three of us shifted from the allotted hotel back to the Havelock Gateway Hotel. Then again we were shifted to the next room as the geyser was not working in the given room. For any kind of enquiry the manager is not available in the hotel and the staff are useless puppets who do not do anything without asking the manager. And hence, our Andaman family trip to HAVELOCK ISLANDS was completely RUINED and WASTED because of these fools in the name of HAVELOCK GATEWAY HOTEL. All that we expect after paying such a good amount for a hotel is a peaceful stay that's all, but these people ruined our entire trip by making us roam for two days and spoiling all our plans.

I recently stayed at your hotel and was pleased with the location and the quality of the room. However, I encountered issues with the professionalism of the staff, which detracted from the overall experience. Despite multiple requests, staff members were unwilling to provide the contact information for seniors or the GM when necessary, which left my concerns unresolved. This lack of transparency and support is disappointing for a property of your standard. I strongly recommend addressing this issue to ensure that the service aligns with the otherwise excellent facilities. Poor staff behavior can significantly impact your hotel's reputation.

Location is good. Cleanliness is good. Room is spacious. Only need to improve a little bit is Service. During our stay, as per our experience, we didnot face any problem or any negativity. We like the hotel. I would totally recommend the hotel 👍🏿👍🏿

The hotel was not as good as the pictures, with the evening photos making it look better than it was. We thought it would be nearer to the beach, but the beaches were not within walking distance. The breakfast was an Indian Buffett only -if you wanted something that wasn’t part of the buffet, there was an extra cost. The dining room staff didn’t really seem bothered. There was no salt, no serviettes and on a few mornings, no water or you had to get it from another table. The music was often too loud. The hot tea and coffee were weak and far too milky. The room, on the other hand, was fairly good but the television didn’t work and we were advised to watch you tube. It’s certainly not the worst hotel on the island but theres a lot that could be improved.

A good and new hotel in Havelock A kind of freshness is there . Breakfast and Dinner services have to be improved little Very near to Jetty and convenieant place Overall behaviour of staff is OK
