Very satisfied.

Bad hotel, bad service, bad attention and bad location. I spent the first and last night in Havana, since I went to Cayo Santa María for 10 days. When I arrived the room is not comfortable. Horrible views...Breakfast is poor and bad. The coffee is not rich. The receptionists very bad attention. The first night there was no direct internet and the last night I had to pay to have wifi. The morning before I left I needed to buy the internet since I needed to connect with my family and the receptionists, the one who was leaving the shift did not want to sell me the internet and the one who arrived first told her partner everything she did over the weekend and told me they had waiting for them to sell me the connectivity service. Also, the receptionist got angry because I didn't bring the printed voucher. We are in the 21st century, in case you didn't know, disaster!!! At night, don't even think of leaving the hotel because the neighborhood is not safe at all, and it is not pleasant where the hotel is located. When I arrived on the last day, at 9:00 p.m., they didn't have a restaurant to eat, I had to go out to eat something. The temperature of the bathing water does not exceed 50°C, that is, you take a bath and you freeze to death. There is only one elevator and the one that is there is a mess.

The hotel lobby is very nice and pleasant with an excellent a**osphere. The breakfast staff is very charismatic and has very good service. In my opinion, I think that the only thing missing is a little entertainment at night. I would return!!!

One of the best experiences of my life, excellent and welcoming place, the service for its standard was wonderful. The housekeeper staff was great, as were the gastronomic services. We had an excellent vacation.

The hotel didn't seem THAT BAD to me for the price I paid (very cheap) BUT... the cleaning was a bit weak and the male hotel staff is very harassing; They look at you from top to bottom, telling you everything, as if they had never seen a woman in their life. They are very disrespectful. A woman who worked in the breakfast area asked my grandmother to give her her sandals, and a man who works at this hotel took advantage of an older adult's ignorance and sold him counterfeit cigars.

Since 1979 they have not had to reform ANYTHING. The air conditioning roars and the room shakes. They changed me to the ones on the odd side because I didn't fit in the even-numbered shower. It didn't matter because the hot water stopped working. At breakfast I was really hungry, neither the coffee was coffee nor the milk was milk. the minimal slices of cheese disappeared in a minute along with the finely sliced ​​mortadella. The pool is filled with people from the street and no one uses it. In the bar, neither paying there is water, soft drinks or beer. They only have Rum and Whiskey. The area and the environment are very unpleasant. pure decadence

Incompetent staff, they gave us a room with a dirty bathroom with hair... Etc etc. We complained and they changed us to another one that luckily was better and clean.... we had to go to the hotel next door for breakfast, everything was always missing, we were without hot water for more than two days, we notified the staff several times or even Nobody paid attention, all with excuses that were not credible..... Oh, what a disaster. !!!!
