An excellent hotel is located in a tourist area in Havana, a wonderful location, an amazing staff owned by the manager Paula... the pool is excellent and beautiful, large, beautiful and spacious rooms, the restaurant is very, very good, the food is very, very tasty

Thanks so much, amazing service and food! Hope to be back soon. Lots of varieties of foods and offers... Great view at the pool roof and gourmet lunch... Administration was great and services in general, both Cuban and foreign staff as well... Love the rooms BTW

I came with my family for a few days, the experience was very nice, the stuff all very helpful and very good people. The pool is beautiful with a very nice view. The bar was a bit pricy and you had only the option to pay by card, no cash, but that’s the only “but” that I could add. In general everything was flawless!

Great team, from the desk girl to the staff at the rooftop ! This place has amazing views and a wide drinks and food offer! If you like taking pictures, you'll love it. Just in fron of the sea. Prices are not as high as other places nearby. You totally have to visit it if you are in Havana. You won't regret it

My mom and I had the most beautiful experience in the hotel. I booked a room at the Cosmos level with luxury check-in and private breakfast. Soyma, from public relations, was terrific in ensuring that my mom and I had the best stay possible. My mom had defended her doctoral dissertation two days before our check-in, and I wanted to have something special done for her. Soyma secured flowers for my mom, my mom's favorites, and every worker in the hotel congratulated my mom for her proposal defense! We even had a handwritten note from the hotel manager congratulating my mom!!! Aniuska was our concierge, and she was also outstanding in making sure we felt right at home in the hotel. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

An amazing place with friendly people, beautiful room and delicious cuisine! Huge choice of small sweet treats, fresh juices ! Location of the hotel is really unique, walking distance to all main attractions! Swimming pool as a dream! Sunset as I have never seen before. Time here stay with me for ever. Place is made by the people and I love it!

I come here every time I'm in Cuba. Professional staff and high quality food and drinks. When people say you don't go to Cuba for the good, they are not referring to this hotel. Close to Havana vieja, the capital, museums, and other tourist attractions.
