I came with my family for a few days, the experience was very nice, the stuff all very helpful and very good people. The pool is beautiful with a very nice view. The bar was a bit pricy and you had only the option to pay by card, no cash, but that’s the only “but” that I could add. In general everything was flawless!

My mom and I had the most beautiful experience in the hotel. I booked a room at the Cosmos level with luxury check-in and private breakfast. Soyma, from public relations, was terrific in ensuring that my mom and I had the best stay possible. My mom had defended her doctoral dissertation two days before our check-in, and I wanted to have something special done for her. Soyma secured flowers for my mom, my mom's favorites, and every worker in the hotel congratulated my mom for her proposal defense! We even had a handwritten note from the hotel manager congratulating my mom!!! Aniuska was our concierge, and she was also outstanding in making sure we felt right at home in the hotel. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

An amazing place with friendly people, beautiful room and delicious cuisine! Huge choice of small sweet treats, fresh juices ! Location of the hotel is really unique, walking distance to all main attractions! Swimming pool as a dream! Sunset as I have never seen before. Time here stay with me for ever. Place is made by the people and I love it!

Very well placed in old Havana! The rooms were clean and equiped with a very good hair dryer and an ironing table and iron. Very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Havana. And dont forget to take a dive at the amazing infinity pool!

Wonderful. Beautiful and modern, luxurious hotel. My stay was 24 nights. ALL STAFF LOVELY, professional, caring. Large reception area was well air conditioned. My deluxe room was huge & balcony (with good view towards Havana harbour), EXCELLENT air conditioning, queen size bed, big flatscreen TV & cable channels, power shower (water was warm up to hot), a good 2 sink unit & various mirrors, fridge, clothes hanging unit, good safe box. ROOM SERVICE - EXCELLENT, staff were precise, genuinely keen to do a good job (not just for tips). INTERNET wi-fi service and speed in hotel was excellent - and free, used it from my laptop and mobile. Floor 6, FANTASTIC view of Havana Harbour - breath taking. Floor 6, L shape swimming pool was lovely, day and night, and with bar and restaurant. Useful shop in hotel, for souvenirs, cigarettes, Rum, and perfumes fairly priced. Ground floor lounge bar - ALL STAFF lovely and attentive - loved the care and attention in making coffee, and snack food menu was fine. Breakfast bar - superb range of food. A QUIET HOTEL - no music entertainment. Useful money exchange counter. Overall I would rate Grand Packard a 4.5 STAR - the STAFF made it to 5 STAR. I took lots of photos and to show my gratitude - I printed many of them on quality photo paper for the staff, they were so happy. I shall DEFINITELY be returning here in 2025. I attach a few photos.
