Hotel Deauville

I had gone before and they really gave me a good room and it was okay to stay, but every year that passes things are destroyed and not fixed, they gave me a room with the air conditioning broken, the TV could not be seen, antenna problems, but that is not important because there is nothing good to see, but the room is dirty, with a bad smell of humidity or something bad. Luckily it was 2 nights, they couldn't move us because according to them the hotel was full and I think if there were 5 guests there were a lot of us because you couldn't see so many customers coming and going and at breakfast there were only better than 10. Anyway, nope. I go back there. The only good thing was the pool and the sea views from the room.

En general, todo excesivamente pésimo. Servicio de habitaciones, personal del hotel, alimentos, aseo, internet (hay que pagarlo). Y como si fuera poco, no reciben efectivo ni dólares ni moneda nacional, solo tarjeta. Mal trato por parte de algunos empleados para con los clientes. En resumen, no lo recomendamos. Somos un grupo de 27 personas.

Отель старенький, но если вы готовы в принципе к кубинскому сервису, то жить можно. Главное достоинство - расположение. Шикарный вид из номера. До Капитолия 10 минут неспешной ходьбы. Гальяно, Малекон - уже при выходе из отеля. Правда, нужно быть готовым к тому, что на Малекон будет праздник каждый день часов до 2-х ночи, а шумоизоляция в номере никакая. Зато, каждый день просыпаешься с таким видом на море и город, что постоянно хочется это сфотографировать Походив по ресторанам в округе, пришёл к выводу, что ужинать в отеле - самое правильное решение. Достаточно недорого и вкусно. Если вы хотите самостоятельно организовать своё пребывание в Гаване - это неплохой выбор.

Estuve en el hotel Deauville de visita por un día ,acababa de llegar de un largo viaje ,el servicio de 10 .las habitaciones bien dotadas y el servicio de los meseros muy bueno ,la capitana chachi nos atendió y nos recomendó una excelente picadura .El maitre nos recomendó un vino trapiche chileno súper nice Todos muy atentos al servicio Regresaré de nuevo

Qué puedo decir? Simplemente espectacular la experiencia, nunca antes había ido al hotel y realmente me encantó, tanto su instalación como el servicio 10/10. Las vistas increíbles, la limpieza muy buena, la habitación hermosa, y para qué hablar de la ubicación!!! Sin dudas volveré a repetir muy pronto.
