Although the facilities are simple, I think they are pretty good in Cuba. The hotel is very clean, the environment is very good, and the location is good. It is near the Plaza de Armas in the old city. You can see the sea as soon as you come out, and it is convenient to visit the old city. The service is very good and the staff are very polite. The breakfast is very rich and unexpectedly good.

地理位置優越 但性價比不高，房間設施類似國內的漢庭。早餐極為簡單。這個價位在北京上海可以住上五星級酒店了，但別忘了這是哈瓦那，經濟發展滯緩，彷彿國內九十年代中期的水平

As I said, service is great, could not have been any better. Late at night the staff was ready to welcome you in. The manager always wanted to make sure you were well taking care of. Service at the front desk was first class. The rooms were very well appointed. Lighting at night was plenty, and with very big wall glass the light and the view was wonderful

Honestly a great hotel with great potentials. The managers, people in the restaurant and people at the front desk were great! The cleaning service needs to get better though. They forgot to give proper amounts of soap toilet paper and towels several times, but it was easy fix. The rooms were nice and they even gave us a little gift for my birthday here. I’v stayed in hotel nacional and Melia Habana several times, but I think this is the best taking the location in to account! This is the hotel you stay in if you want to be close to the Cuban people, art, quisine and things to discover and see in Havana! Very nice hotel with great staff!

Awesome hotel, the attention was pretty nice, good food and the room was amazing. Excellent location near to different sites to enjoy the city, cathedral, some bars and good restaurants. Lobby attention and pool bar was so great. Alejandro a Lizeth help us a lot!
