The hotel offered and delivered everything that we could wish for. The staff were lovely, efficient & helpful. The location was unbelievable, the facilities were excellent. The pool area was amazing with lots of relaxing areas and wonderful seating areas. The food was great and overall it was a fabulous holiday!

The hotel is located in the central area of the old city. The appearance of the lobby and the breakfast service are all of a five-star standard. The rooms are large and spacious, and the guest house level. I really can't ask for too much. The fried lobster on the top floor is very fresh, and the night view is super beautiful. It is recommended to pay in pesos, as using US dollars is too confusing.

My first visit to Havana and won't be my last... these guys gave me a stay to remember, it was my Birthday whilst there, I got a cake, and a lovely greeting, also they they got me a Classic car to Buena Vista Social club... before I headed to Varadero... 🥰🥰🥰 special thanks to Raymundo, Elizabeth, Ruben,Cristina Edgar, and Iran... and all staff were lovely. It so happened that in a short time I stayed at the hotel twice, so I am writing two reviews in one day. In general, the hotel is truly wonderful - everything is well built, beautiful, comfortable and stylish (the hotel has been open since 1929 and, in general, has retained its style with a few exceptions). Initially, they worked on it thoroughly, and the result did not disappoint - truly good things do not lose their class with age, but, on the contrary, acquire additional dignity, like cognac or aged rum). The attitude of the staff - sincere and caring - adds to the sensations (or rather, elevates them to a degree). Met guests here who always stay at this hotel when they come to Havana. Apparently I will be such a person now))

There are so many things to say about Voya Boutique Hotel. The building/ rooms are glorious. Turn down service every night with different towel sculptures and treats on the pillows. The breakfast and food at the Brasserie was fantastic. The staff go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble -arranging trips/booking taxis. Always keen to hear about your day exploring when you return in the evening. Although a little way out of Old Havana this is more than compensated for by the service and surroundings. We had mixed weather as caught the bottom of the storm in Florida but that didn’t stop us walking every inch of Havana. If you want 5 star service and to feel special then don’t hesitate to stay here for your Havana adventure!!

I would like to comment that I was not going to this hotel long ago, because of the situation we have suffered with the COVID, which, as simple as it may be, have a good service, a great treatment of all the staff, Today I was in the pizzeria and the very professional dependents, a great service, I also want to congratulate the pizzeria at this turn, that the preparation of the pizzas is spectacular and that I recommend them are strange.

We stayed at end of march2023. at the hotel Armadores de Santander. Room was pretty comfortable and clean. View from our terrace was amazing! We had view on harbor and beautiful deep sea,and even we expected noise cause of harbor proximity we havent experienced it. Staff was very friendly and helpful,they organized us rides when we needed,gave us suggestion for happenings in town,gave us instructions for shopping and site seeing,teached us about rum and cigars... Breakfasts were variety and tasty. Hotel as building has amazing look. We had great time there,and we highly recommend visiting this place!

Checking in to Kempinski, first of all, the location is perfect, diagonally opposite the Parliament Building, and then the bar on the top floor is really amazing.
