Had an absolutely amazing time. The room was clean and the shower was good. plenty of instant hot water. The staff were really friendly and in the heatwave our rooms were nice and cool. If you're looking for room service it is not that kind of establishment but for clean, simple, natural fun on the beach, this was truly wonderful. thank you!

We booked accommodation of 35 m2 for 2 nights in a hotel formula and we appreciated this service compared to a hotel, spacious accommodation on one level with terrace and garden furniture. The accommodation was very clean with beds made and towels provided. The residence is very well located in Hauteville-sur-Mer close to the beach and shops. Fortunately I didn't trust the other opinions which seem exaggerated to me.

With my wife we stayed for the W.K from May 1, 2023 (April 27 to May 1) and frankly accustomed to certain other AZUREVA or BELAMBRA sites we were particularly disappointed, on our arrival no one to welcome us, no explanation on how it works, the room no towels whose option had been settled on booking!!!!! no outlet worked, our half-board stay at the evening meal was really a buffet or the organization left something to be desired, buffet difficult to access it lack of space and yet it was not crowded, breakfast a disaster on Sunday morning, no more croissants, no yogurt, empty coffee machine and a single person who could not manage to take on and restock despite his kindness and good will. No, frankly, even if we are at the start of the season, we need to find a better organization. Really not recommended. It was only on the day of our departure that someone came to ask us at breakfast if everything was fine. Really don't want to go back to this place.

Je suis conducteur de car je suis arrivé le 28 avril 2024 à 19h30 j'ai réussi à avoir une chambre correcte à 21h00 Jusque là pas de problème salarié à la hauteur de la demande malgré le manque de personnel. Aujourd'hui le 30 avril 2024 repas de midi servi froid obliger de réchauffer aux micro-ondes ( 1 seul micro-ondes pour 60 personnes) ce soir je rentre dans mon logement c'est la télé qui ne fonctionne plus après avoir contacté la directrice du centre elle me répond qu'elle ne peut rien faire avant demain. Vraiment à déconseillé pour passer de bonnes vacances. Ne venez pas dans ce centre.

Restauration très médiocre avec très peu de choix et une qualité minimale Pas d’internet que ce soit en wifi ou même en 4 G les seuls endroits possibles étant l’accueil et le bar toujours fermés ou occupés bruyamment ce qui est super gênant quand on a des obligations professionnelles Pas d’éclairage dans les allées menant aux logements

Super séjour en famille . Nous avons passé une semaine reposante . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir . Le personnel au petit soin. Nourriture très correcte . Activités intéressantes . Logement confortable. Et la directrice très réactive quand il ya un soucis. Le centre est chaleureux. On reviendra c est sur!!!
