I have stayed here for 4 years in the above accomodation . We love Les saises and have been coming back for 20 years . Un Fortunately this accommodation has let us down . Very disappointed . It is a lot smaller than we have had in previous years. In fact it's a pokey attic room without much of a view . It's not even that clean the entrance hall carpet is dirty and there are dead flies in the light fitting . It doesn't even smell clean . We complained at reception and there is nothing they can do . They are fully booked . We booked this early last year. If we had been given this accommodation four years ago we would not have returned . Car parking is a night mare we paid 175 euros for 2 weeks only to find there were none left. A member of staff had to move their car. Very disappointed with the member of staff's attitude. . it is not the same as we have had before

The fridge door had a crack on it. The walls in the bathroom had mould on the tiles. The heating didn't work. The boot room had no heating on so ski equipment didn't dry. The bed sheets were too small for the beds and kept coming off. Despite requesting on several occasions that we needed at least two lavatories this was not provided. One lavatory in an apartment for 8 adults is insufficient. Swimming pool was far to cold as was the changing room. No sign of any radiators in the changing rooms. No towels provided.

Good facility located near the center of Les Saises with good access to the slopes. Spacious appartments with lots of storage room. Wel equipped kitchen, excellent terras facing south. Bakkerey service for breakfast is a plus.

The staff are very helpful. The reception area has great views of the mountains. We enjoyed the bread and croissant delivery service. It was easy to get on the slopes from the apartment but it took us a while to find the route back as the mountain twister is in the way. The apartments themselves are modern and warm with a balcony although we had a side view. The bed was two singles but they had given us one sheet which wasn’t big enough. The pillows were unusable as they were really lumpy. The kitchen area is very compact. I had to stand on a chair to reach the microwave which is quite dangerous. It is quite a walk down to the town and back on the steep path. We didn’t find the steps with the shortcut till the second part of the week as no one had pointed this out to us. I believe the complex is good for families as there are lots of facilities for them. There is also a ski hire shop on the complex. I only used the pool once as it was far too crowded and it didn’t feel Covid safe,

Lovely discovery - spacious flat with everything to hand. Perfect for pistes and class drop off. Staff very quick to respond. Pool pretty crowded but really nice to have one after long day. Would definitely go back

Deuxième séjour dans la résidence des Chalets des Cimes. La résidence est bien placée sur le haut de la station même si il n'y a pas de retour ski au pied en fin de saison. Les équipements sont de qualité avec des appartements modernes, piscine et spa. Notre demande de logement a été respectée ce qui est appréciable. Par contre gros bémol sur les animations !!! Autant l'année passée nous avions vraiment apprécié et c'est ce qui nous a fait revenir, autant cette année c'était catastrophique !!! Beaucoup moins d'animations que l'année passée, plusieurs animations n'ont pas eu lieu sans être prévenus (mini-disco, MMV FUN certains soirs, initiation au biathlon,...) et la qualité n'y était pas. Et ce n'est pas la faute de la pauvre animatrice qui était seule pour tout gérer... Il y aurait lieu de revoir un petit peu le management des animations ! Aussi les goûters gourmands n'étaient vraiment pas terribles comparé à l'année passée. Ces éléments sont des critères de choix déterminants pour les familles avec enfants. Le prix est de plus en plus élevé d'année en année mais malheureusement les prestations ne suivent pas, ce qui pourra être problématique pour un éventuel prochain séjour.

Nous venons dans cette résidence depuis 2019 ! Nous avons vu l’évolution de la station des saisies depuis 2014 également… En ce qui concerne la résidence des chalets des cimes, elle est très bien située au coeur des saisies mais attention, pas de neige aux abords pour cette dernière semaine de la saison hivernale donc un peu galère avec les skis et les enfants de devoir descendre au front de neige ou à Erwin Eckl. Le magasin de location des skis en bas du bâtiment C est toujours super ! Matériel dernier cri, renouvelé tous les ans…. Personnel de réception très sympathique cette année, notre demande de logement a été respecté, merci ! Service de boulangerie ayant connu des petits soucis en début de semaine mais tout s’est arrangé rapidement. Un défaut pour cette dernière semaine : le manque d’animation ! Le programme affiché sur l’application n’a pas été respecté et la jeune fille était seule et complètement dépassée ! Goûters gourmands…. De l’eau du robinet ???? Le nettoyage des parties communes n’a jamais été fait durant la semaine, les moquettes étaient vraiment dans un sale état ce jour en quittant. Et… le gros point noir pour nous qui sommes des fidèles depuis 6 ans… la résidence devient hors de prix ! Le parking passe à 100 euros l’hiver prochain…. ? Sans compter l’augmentation de 15% que nous observons chaque année. Dommage….. on va aller ailleurs….
