The vacation in this hotel was perfect and we really enjoyed it. All the services were perfect, such as restaurant, ski service, reception, and wellness. The location of the hotel is great because you can go directly skiing from hotel and you don’t have to travel anywhere. After skiing we enjoyed the wellness, where I would recommend the event sauna since it was an amazing experience for us!

We are regulars at this hotel because it has everything you could ask for. Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful rooms, superb wellness area, great food, ski in/out, awesome hiking trails and if you’d rather go on a guided trip there are lots of opportunities provided by the hotel. It is obvious that the family is running this hotel with a lot of love while respecting the planet. Our large dog is always welcome also and enjoys our stays there as much as us.

I really enjoyed my stay, hotel is on the amazing place and the servis, wellness and food was perfect. And if you prefer quiet place for night sleeping, this is really good choice. Looking forward to next time :-)

This hotel is a perfect holiday choice, it offers a great guest satisfying experience with all the additional privileges included like the sauna, the spa,massages..the most excellent food, the ambience was near Christmas time so it was like in a fairy tale.. I absolutely loved the Austrian traditional Schnapps drink as well as variety of coctails. All in all its worth the price. With respect

Hotel ist sehr schön, gute Lage, Frühstück super, aber die 3 Menüs am Abend sind zu einfach gehalten für 4 * S Es werden von den 5 Gängen nur 2 serviert alles andere muss man sich vom Buffet holen. Teilweise bei den Menüs die selbe Nachspeise. Bei so einer Hotelkategorie erwarte ich mir mehr als eine Ziebelsuppe oder Erdäpfergulasch...als Dessert ein Kaiserschmarrn diese Gerichte gehören eher auf eine Skihütte. Auch die Getränkepreise sind gegenüber anderen Hotels mit 4*S zu hoch für 0,1l Wein 8€....Verlängerter 4,90 ..kleiner Schnaps 2cl über 6€.... hab dies weder in Kitzbühel noch in Hinterglemm bezahlt..... Es wird geworben das man sich verschiedene Kopfkissen aussuchen kann sowie Matratzenauflagen....habe mir ein Risenblüten Kissen bestellt...Dies wurde schlichtweg vergessen.... Mein benuztes Trinkglas am Zimmer wurde auch nicht gegen ein frisches ausgetauscht....es blieb einfach benützt am Nachttisch stehen...usw. waren viele Kleinigkeiten die nicht sein sollten. Alle waren sehr freundlich und bemüht aber da und dort könnte noch einiges verbessert werden.

Es war alles sehr unkompliziert, angefangen beim Buchen bis hin zur Bezahlung beim Auschecken. Es gibt extrem viel Freizeitprogramme und auch der Sport in der Natur (Wanderwege, -führungen bzw. Ski fahren) wird sehr ausführlich angeboten. Von dem hochwertigen und sehr leckeren Mahlzeiten waren wir natürlich auch sehr begeistert, und bei diesen Angeboten war auch für jeden etwas dabei. Der Wellnessbereich ist auf großer Fläche gebaut, mit vielen Möglichkeiten, sich als Paar super zu erholen. Im Großen und ganzen einfach empfehlenswert.

Super Wellnesshotel mit ausgezeichneter Küche. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommmend und herzlich. Traumhaft schöne Zimmer. Tolles Aktivprogramm. Perfekt zum Wandern, Wellnessen und Skifahren. Die Lage und das Panorama sind unbeschreiblich.

Super Wellnessbereich, Sehr leckeres Essen, sehr freundlicher Service, vorallem beim Essen, sehr schöne Zimmer. Super Ausgangspunkt für unternehmungen jeglicher Art. Es wird auch sehr viel angeboten was man im Hotel und außerhalb machen kann.
