Convenient hotel for business or long island explorations. It's too far from NYC, so bear that in mind if NYC is on the visit plan. Car is mandatory to move around, even travelling from NYC or JFY to here.

There are three elevators and only one was working the whole time and then when we went to use it, we waited 15 minutes and it didn’t come so we had to go down six flights of stairs. One of the ladies at the front desk was so rude I couldn’t even believe she has a job in customer service.

Elevators were out a few times, power was out even more times.one coffe per person given. Water in the fridge, for $5. An overall nasty expedience I would not want to relive.

We had 3 fire alarms sound. One required evacuation and there was a 5 hr water shutdown one day. No electricity or ac one night
There were TV remote issues, no batteries on site.
Elevators were backed up most of the time
Necessitating us walking the 3 flights to and from our room.
Our room was clean and the staff was pleasant

The stay was good overall. The dinner and breakfast options were great and the rooms were good as well. Check-in and check-out were easy and we had no issues with anything. Would recommend to stay again.

It was horrible. There for a family wedding. Electricity went out 5 times and then at 2 am until 750 am. Had to find a nearby place to iron, and do hair in a salon instead of hotel.
We are from Florida and had no resources
