I booked this hotel for visiting family before i saw reviews... BIG mistake had to book another hotel..my fault... always read the reviews!!!

Jared is likely the most disrespectful individual I’ve ever encountered. My companies hq has been moved to Smithtown and we were hoping to find a comfortable convenient hub for our employees to frequent when visiting. When I expressed to Jared my dissatisfaction he smirked and laughed. I let him know I wanted to speak to the GM and he refused and reiterated that he was the front office manager and my complaint would need to go through him. Never coming back and spreading the word of how bad my experience was. I made sure to record the encounter as well as the condition of my room. Room 518 has juice stains near the night stand as well as a disgusting drain in the shower. Water leaks and the room smells of urine.

Great location off the Long Island Expressway. Very welcoming staff at the front desk. Served breakfast daily including Weekend buffet style.

The bar & Restaurant where closed.
The room was average, and the coffee maker did not work.
TV in room was old with limited channels.

It was not a good stay from the beginning. Arrived at 2:30 after an 8 hour drive and they would not let us check in until 3. The rooms were adequate but no amenities (fridge/microwave) and the beds were rock hard. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was not in service. Housekeeping on the second day only emptied the trash and took dirty towels but did not make beds or leave clean towels. Also had 2 reservations because I added a day and even though we stayed in the same room still charged 2 separate deposits. The hotel seems as if it was better years ago, however the years have taken a toll. Would only recommend if just passing through not for a relaxing vacation.
