The bathroom is clean and tidy, and bath products are provided.
The downside is that the bed can be a bit dirty.

Decided to book as travelling from Cotswolds to Whiston for a hospital visit. Sooo pleased we did!
Excellent location.
Lovely exterior and easy parking. Very warm welcome when arriving and very easy to book in. Staff are happy, cheerful, helpful and pleasant not only to the customers but also each other. This is a rarity these days in this industry and is heartwarming to see and encounter.
The room was quite large, so was the bathroom. All rooms are at the back of the building with a very cosy and pleasant passageway to them. A warm, quiet, and peaceful nights sleep in a very comfortable room.
We dined here and had breakfast too. Nothing was too much bother. Portions for the evening meal were on the generous side and the food was delicious.
I would say this hotel is a little gem and would return any time. I've already recommended it to family!

Perfect place to stay for Creamfields, same price or cheaper than the competitors and overall better. Spacious room, nice bathroom and the bar was serving food until 2am which was great. We haven't tried the spa, but it's a bonus.

The hotel is located in the center of STOCKTON HEATH, and there are 3 supermarkets within 2mins.
The landlord PAUL's breakfast was really made with heart and super delicious. The room is simple, the view outside the top window is first-class, and the overall price is very high.

Good location. Really nice hotel. Self check in available. Swimming pool was great.
Breakfast was bit disappointing for this sort of hotel. Just basic English breakfast. No option of fresh vegetables and cheese.

The hotel is definitely in the prime location of the town center with easy access to all the nice cafes and restaurants. Visited Warrington during the Creamfields weekend and therefore the hotel was more overpriced than usual. Clean towels were provided but there were no amenities such as the toothpaste or cotton pads so make sure you pack your own. No complimentary bottled water either, had to buy them from the restaurant downstairs. Good for short period of stay.

The first time I visited this hotel, I felt good, the room was comfortable and the service was good. The only fly in the ointment is that there is no elevator, and it is a bit difficult to carry luggage to the second floor.
