Ross Mansion Bed & Breakfast

The house is beautiful, elegant, 19th century charm and grandeur! The bedrooms are elegantly decorated as well and our breakfast was romantic plus delicious!! Definitely recommend this B&B if staying in Hatttiesburg.

We loved our stay in the Library Room! Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed with outstanding hosts! Jenny asked what we would like for breakfast and our fruit parfait was delicious. They have a gift shop and a gorgeous back yard. Perfect place to stay! Highly recommend!!!

This incredible, beautifully decorated & maintained property is the perfect place to stay if you appreciate pure comfort & charm. Gerry & Jenny are perfect hosts! They are so welcoming & keen to ensure that every minute of your stay is a pleasurable experience. The bedroom used by my husband & I was delightful & extremely comfortable. Our friends were given an incredibly interesting room with so much history & was also very comfy. We loved strolling around the quaint, fairy-like sections of the garden as well as visiting the numerous communal rooms and areas in & around the premises. Simply magical!!

We had a great experience at Ross Mansion Bed & Breakfast! We biked the Longleaf Trace Trail from Prentiss to Hattiesburg and needed someplace to spend the night before biking back the next day. We didn't just want a place to sleep, we wanted an "experience". Ross Mansion was perfect! We loved our room in the gorgeous home and we were able to walk downtown for dinner, then sit outside in the beautiful garden area to enjoy the evening. Breakfast was another enjoyable experience and the food was great. Gerry and Jenny were so accommodating and made our stay just right. We will definitely be back!

On our recent visit to Hattiesburg, we had the pleasure to stay at the Ross Mansion for three nights. It is a wonderful old home located in the heart of the historic district. The proprietors, Jenny and Jerry take great pride in ownership as they should. The home is warm and inviting, and the gardens are wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast were appetizing and changed daily. Jenny and Jerry were charming hosts and very informative. We would encourage anyone visiting Hattiesburg to consider this wonderful bed-and-breakfast.

Beautiful decorated, super comfortable and inviting with the absolute best hosts. It is the epitome of a bed and breakfast in my mind. So many treasures to look at inside the house with plenty of stories to go with it, and the yard is exquisite with plenty to appreciate. You could litetally check in and just enjoy a quiet weekend reading and resting but if you want to venture out its just a short uber to downtown Hattiesburg. I loved how they took a minute to get know us at check in (not to mention how they were so sweet to let us check in early). The library room was excellent!! While relaxing on the porch in the morning I saw a few people out walking , the streets were seemed peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and we really felt like family before leaving. The house was very clean, comfortable and safe with plenty of old world charm. They paid attention to all the details. Can't wait to go back for a tea party.
