The open-air bath attached to the room was very nice. There's also a large public bath on the 9th floor. We recommend staying on the 5th floor or higher as the view is very nice.

Great Onsen and bedrock sauna on 9th floor and outside tub and room very good. Breakfast and dinner included buffet style not very good but it is optional, not many options nearby. Located in a residential area, high on a hill overlooking the bay so good views but not convenient.

The spa was closed and the outdoor tub in our suite did not look clean. Also, the pool was closed. We were not told this when we booked and I specifically asked around 1pm when I tried to check in early and was told to ask again at check in (at 3pm when it was too late to cancel. This was hidden as the spa had been closed for several weeks with no foreseeable reopen date. Very disappointing. Everything else was good.

浴衣の半天が人数分無いのは他の方の口コミどおり。
部屋には、館内着（スーパー銭湯で着るような上下分かれたズボンタイプ）が用意されているので、それを着るならそこまで気にしなくてもいいのかも。
施設は概ね、満足なのですが、エレベーターホールの絨毯に細かいゴミ？などが絡みついていたり、端に埃がたまって白くなっていたのは気になるところ。
一番残念なのは食事会場。宿泊客に対して圧倒的に席と人手が足りてない。
時間通りに行っても前の時間の組が食事中で待ちが発生。
料理の補充もかなり一生懸命やって頂くのですが、間に合わず。料理がおいしいだけに、スカスカのバイキング場は残念でした。時間が経てばやがて補充はされるのですが、自分が欲しい物が出てくるまで待つしかないのはなかなか。。
種類も沢山で豪華なので、そこだけ改善されれば、料理は満足です。

ビールをお願いしようと思って待っていたら前のお客さんが予約した内容がホテル側に
通ってなかったようで、いろいろと確認する為に時間がかかり、大変いらっとしました。
バイキングの食事は高い割に、普通のメニューが多かったな。
元旦のディナーくらいもっと豪華にできないかな？
スィートに泊まっても、他の人たちと同じ食事だったから、そういうものですかね？
