One of the best stays I have had in a long time.. Amazing property, Excellent food and service.. Our restaurant captain Indreshwar organized a nice bonfire side dinner for us.. Really good service and experience! The safari booked through the resort was also good, and on time with experienced guides

This resort is right in the middle of Kaziranga wildlife park. It is surrounded by lush greenery. The resort is huge and really well maintained. Both room and bathrooms were spacious. Tea, coffee amenities, bottled drinking water were available. The breakfast buffet was lavish and there was everything from croissants, doughnuts, to idlis, parathas and a live dosa and omelette counter. What more can you imagine in the middle of a wildlife park? We had lunch and dinner at the hotel itself and I was really impressed with the authentic Assamese thali served the Juhal restaurant. The resort was huge and I enjoyed my stroll in the resort grounds. Also, enjoyed just lazing in the hammock in the balcony. Words fall short to describe my sray in this tranquil serene stay admist nature. Last but not the least, the staff was excellent- helpful, courteous and making sure we had everything we wanted.

The resort has an excellent ambiance. From the moment you enter the reception until you check out, you can't ask for anything better. It’s over rated property . According to me the hotel has a lot to improve. When we checked in the shower curtain was lying on the floor and found difficulty to control room temperature as was not able to operate AC by remote. my wife fell on ground when she went to sit on the Hammock in the balcony , as it was in broken conditions. Even after given all the stuff from mini bar back to the housekeeping staff , (as it was chargeable, & I never Wanted it ) the staff kept on asking me about for so many time. The Wi-Fi was not working when we checked in . I mean after doing check in they started working on my complaints which is not acceptable for me .

Staff were very helpful and kind. The best support was from housekeeping. Parishmita was terrific. The resort is showing some age. Rooms need some seating options other than bed and one desk chair. Outdoor porch is nice but no screens so bugs at night. Food is terrific. The Assamese restaurant was especially good. The hotel restaurant was also good but all Indian. Some pasta every night but not very good. The location was excellent for game drives. Overall very good but work is needed.

Juhal Assamese restaurant at Borgos Resort is fantastic. It serves a wide range of traditional Assamese food. I had the Assamese vegetarian thali, and it was delicious. There were 13 different dishes and unlimited rice. I had never tried Assamese food before, and I fully enjoyed it. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. We are thankful to Usman Goni, Biplob Gogoi, and Ankur Deka who provided excellent service. The ambience is first class. Please note there are two restaurants at Borgos resort. Front desk staff can direct you to Juhal.

We had come to check for hotel rooms but were told that they were sold out. However the hotel had beautiful art all around and the ambience seemed to be tastefully done. We returned in the evening to have dinner at Juhal- their Assamese specialty restaurant. Bowled over by the authentic food and genuinely courteous and attentive service provided by Ankur Deka and Osman Goni 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Felt at home thanks to these 2 stalwarts !!! Highly recommended !!! Do give the restaurant a visit 👍👍
