The location is near a mall but not much else around.
The room is clean, but only includes 1 bottle of water. The tap water was undrinkable. When requesting additional bottles of water, the staff was quite rude and told us to get it from the bar. So we had to constantly go to the bar to get water.
The cold water wasn't working in one of the rooms, and the toilets were not flushing properly (however this was resolved the following day).
Even though there is a gym connected to the building, the gym for the hotel is a 10 min walk away. It's free, but you have to watch a 2 minute video and answer a quiz to gain access.
Breakfast wasn't included. It's also worth mentioning that any late checkout (even 1 hr) was a fee.

Had a lovely stay at The Comet Hatfield. Lots of parking available. All staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, clean & comfortable beds.
Will definitely stay again.
