Hotels in Hat Yai Market Area, Hat Yai

I chose this hotel out of others’ recommendation. Definitely worth every cents. Stayed for 3 nights. Located right next to Central Hatyai. Walking distance, less than 5 mins walk. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Quiet at night. Complete amenities, but no iron provided in the room though. Probably need to ask front desk. No early check in during my time of arrival. They do allow you to keep your luggages and belongings in the lobby. I believe it is located in a safe neighborhood. Easy access to local transportation or e-hailing services. Overall, it is a very pleasant experience. I would definitely repeat to stay here for my next trip to Hatyai.

The main building looing great, but was given room in annexed building, but the room have a moldy stuffy sewage smell upon entering. The basin was blocked upon using, no one come to fix the problem even after a complaint was made. The bed is not fixed and will slide away when sit up leaning on the edge for reading. The overall feeling is like staying in 2 star hotel instead of 4 star.

Service from the reception desk is so excellent! Forgot to get her name, she warmly greeted me and as I came very early she invited me to wait at the lounge area and enjoy the freshments and local snacks while waiting. And she checked me out too with the same warm reception and as I was loading my stuff on my bike, she came outside to tell me the room check is completed and thanked me for staying at Midtown. Overall, truly enjoyed my stay, the room is clean and I love the lounge area where there's always snacks and also complimentary simple breakfast too! Excellent concept for a hotel! Triple thumbs up!

I would say, the price for my stay, value for money. Spacious room, i love the pillow, really nice, I had good sleep every nights. Swimming pool, easy parking, decent breakfast, all these are great. Just a bit far from Lee Garden (if walk), but luckily ehailing is cheap and easy.

So far so gewd. I love the location of the hotel, u can rent a motor by the hotel itself, cleaners are so kind to us. But the spoil thing over all, the time i wanted a mineral water at night, the receptionist inform us to buy. I think the receptionist are not being honest, it is supposedly need to be free. Im paying for 4 night stay mehh

We had an amazing stay at The Smart Hotel Hatyai! The room was spacious and perfect for our family with young children. The facilities were exceptional, with well-maintained amenities. The hotel’s location was convenient for shopping and dining. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for families!

We were late check into the hotel but the receptionist are so efficient that straight away they asked isn’t 2rooms and I said yes, One of the girls took out 2forms before I can show them my booking,she asked me to check the names and was correct, I felt so warmed. Here again I would like to say Thank you for the receptionist services… Perfect attitude and for sure I’ll visit again. Walking distance to Central Hatyai and night market Greenway… Good location for those who hates noisy sound in the morning too.Rooms are clean and also they provide a microwave for our convenient. They are so kind to call for a Tuk tuk if you want. Car park are provided but not ev charger. Overall I’ll give them 9.5 and if ev charger are provided, it ll be 10/10😉

Great hitel, ample parking, tight security. Easy access to nearby attractions. Conveniently located within heart of Hatyai city.
