The room looked clean after housekeeping, but the cleaner did not sweep the floor under the bed, resulting in trash (from previous guests) hiding inside and thick dust accumulation on the floor. The hotel have to look into it seriously to improve the cleaniness. The hotel's hardware is old but overall clean and needs improvement. I hope the hotel will have been renovated next time I stay there.

First impression of the hotel was amazing. But, after checking to the hotel it was just average. The whole hotel was kept clean. As for the room, the cleanliness was just fine but improvement is needed. The bathroom and the bed sheets were not clean with visible stains. Room size is adequate for two adults to move around with little space left for luggage. Amenities are lacking with no body and hair shampoos, no hairdryer, no toiletries, etc. The plus point of this hotel is the boutique style, situated in green lush place and cheap price even during peak season.

Hotel as always are good and the services provided are good too The rooms provided are good ...bathrooms need to be more upgraded especially on the shower parts .. Tv program hopefully they can cater to the travellers like myself in English standard too. ..

Our stay at casa 33 was absolutely perfect. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The rooms were aesthetic and every detail was thoughtfully curated. 7E conveniently located nearby, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials anytime.

Very cheap hotel for stay. Staff can speak malay very well. Easy to get maxim go to anywhere. Its little bit hard to find for food and money changer. But its very comfortable hotel to stay.

I recently stayed at Leevana Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and comfortable it was! The parking area is spacious, and there’s a security guard on duty 24/7, so I felt safe leaving my car there. Check-in was quick and straightforward. They do require a deposit of 100 THB per key card, which is pretty standard. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated how the bathroom was clean, well-organized, and had separate wet and dry areas. The water pressure and hot water were both excellent! One minor downside was the digital door lock. If the door isn’t fully closed, it makes a loud noise. Because of this, all the rooms have doors that slam shut pretty loudly, which can be disruptive. If they could improve this, it would make the stay even better. Another plus is that there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, so finding a good place to eat is super convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d recommend it, especially for the value and comfort.

We booked room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. The room is spacious for three people. The econditioner is very good, working very good, parking is outside of the hotel..no halal food is serve for breakfast so we have to out to buy breakfast. Free mineral water. Tv is quite big and have a lot of channel to watch.

Clean and new hotel. This room comes with a balcony as well. Within walking distance of 7-11, eateries and cafe. They also have a buggy service to bring guests to places within 1km of the property. Staff are friendly with genuine smiles and speak good English 👍🏻
