Hat Yai Hat Yai Subdistrict Hotels

This is a very basic hotel. Its very central & night market and small malls are within walking distance from the hotel. The downside are room can be rather noisy for those early sleepers. Room need to refurnish as it’s a bit dated. Shower floor can be rather wet after shower n get slippery. Breakfast options are pretty standard. The plus points are staffs in good manners & very helpful. Overall excellent attentive services at all levels👍

Hatyai Signature Hotel is a bit dated — you can tell it’s been around for some time. The sofa had some stains and the pillowcases were quite thin. However, for a quick overnight stay, it’s still okay. Reasonably comfortable and convenient for a short stop.

I booked the Luxury Room (3D2N), clearly stated I was travelling with 4 children (12, 10, 8 & 6). The booking policy said children of all ages are welcome. However, at check-in the staff insisted the room could only fit 2 adults + 2 kids, and demanded I book another room for my other children. Despite explaining, they refused to accommodate and told me to “deal with TRIP” if I wanted to cancel. In the end, I had no choice but to book another room for my kids. This unexpected situation was very frustrating, inconvenient, and disappointing, especially as it disrupted my family travel plans and added unplanned costs. It left a negative impact on my stay, as I had originally booked with the expectation that my family could stay together comfortably in one room as stated in the booking policy.

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The downside is that the air conditioning is not cold, the lighting is not bright enough, and the WiFi is really weak 😤. Other than that, everything is fine — there are convenient power outlets available. Room service and front desk service are perfect. 👌🏿 The location is great, just 600m walking distance to Lee Garden Night Market, and there’s a big 7-Eleven nearby.

Stays for 2nights..Location is superb, walking distance to Lee garden & kimyong market.. for the second days.. the cleaner forget to put back the drinking water and cause almost penalty to us.. fortunately the receptionist says its okay.. overall is great.. and surely will repeat again 😬😬😬

Aloha Hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, right beside the biggest 7-Eleven. The room was clean, but the noise from the corridor was quite loud. Also, the hotel only provided one bath towel.

Review: The Smart Hotel, Hat Yai Saya baru-baru ini menginap di The Smart Hotel, Hat Yai, dan pengalaman keseluruhannya agak memuaskan — sesuai untuk pelancong yang mencari penginapan moden, bersih, dan selesa pada harga berpatutan. 🏨 Lokasi Hotel ini terletak di kawasan agak tenang, sedikit jauh dari pusat bandar Hat Yai (sekitar 10–15 minit ke Lee Garden Plaza atau Kim Yong Market dengan tuk-tuk atau Grab). Walaupun bukan di tengah-tengah kawasan sibuk, lokasi ini sesuai untuk mereka yang mahu suasana lebih tenang dan kurang bising.

I was little disappointed as there was no iron provided at the hotel. An iron is essentiiol in every hotel for the convenience for the travellers. I hope this be provided in the future. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Good and nice location! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Perfect for both short stays and vacations.

If you are looking for a budget stay for your self drive trip, I think the price is reasonable as the amenities are limited where better you bring your own towel and hair dryer along. Room’s amenities is not being refill every day even you are staying for more than 1 night. Towels are being change every day but towel is not in Snow White…and there are only 1dustbin in the room. There is free coffee and wrap as breakfast every morning just redeem at hotel lobby.
