"I have no other complaints except for the hot water shower temperature feels lukewarm throughout my 5 nights. I have asked for a fix but it turns out to be the pre-setting of centralized water heating system so nothing could be done."

"Overall, my girlfriends and I had a fantastic one-night stay in the family room, which included breakfast as part of the package. This was our second time staying at the hotel—our first visit was at the end of 2023. Both stays have been great, but we found that the room size for two people felt more spacious than the family room. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options ranging from local favorites to Western dishes, which we all thoroughly enjoyed."

1. The staffs offers to attend us and pick up the luggage as soon as we get off the car at the hotel.
2. Friendly staff and helpful to explain the route of destination.

DDavid LooiOverall was good, good counter service, kindly staff before I went off from the vehicle, staff was standby beside the car door ready for serve, good atmosphere for those who like quiet, for those who do not have transport by own are a bit inconvenient, quite some distance to going out. But Bolt or Grab are around the area.

CClaraMayThis is our second stay in this hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The bed is super king size, very comfortable and nice. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is just a 5-minute walk to Lee Garden and walking distance to many famous food stalls and restaurants. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is so so but the lobby and the dining area for breakfast is beautiful and comfortable. The bed is a bit too soft as well as the pillow. The water pressure is not strong in the bathroom. Parking is available but it is quite narrow and requires better driving skill. However the breakfast is excellent. Very nice presentation and tasty. You can enjoy free drink while dining. Overall is a pleasant stay.
