"I have no other complaints except for the hot water shower temperature feels lukewarm throughout my 5 nights. I have asked for a fix but it turns out to be the pre-setting of centralized water heating system so nothing could be done."

"Location is strategic near the main street of Hatyai for night market just beside Lee Gardens and Centara Hotel. It's a bustling area during weekends as many tourists from Malaysia will throng the area. You can enjoy all the hawker food at the night market. Many restaurants and massage parlour nearby for a good foot and body massage. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was clean with bath tub, bed comfortable, air conditioned cold but with loud noises and water pressure strong. The hotel may be aged a bit aged but its location is indeed strategic and you can walk around Hatyai city and the morning market."

"Location wise the hotel at middle of town, so it easy to move around to next attraction. Below the hotel has night market sell foods, clothes, and etc, plus busking by local, massages, stalls"

"You may choose any other hotel nearby with excellent service, cleaner and most interesting cheaper than this. This hotel has a prime location, unfortunately, overshadowed by the poor customer service at the front desk. The front desk staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Most seemed disinterested in assisting guests, showing no smile or warmth throughout the interaction. Their impatience and unhelpful attitude were disappointing. I noticed the same unfriendly behavior toward other guests as well, indicating a deeper issue with the team’s training or attitude."
