"I have no other complaints except for the hot water shower temperature feels lukewarm throughout my 5 nights. I have asked for a fix but it turns out to be the pre-setting of centralized water heating system so nothing could be done."

"Is near .... opposite is Lee Garden Hotel . I'm leaving level 4 , have 8 bedrooms mix . Toilet is sharing but is separate male and female 👍. 1bedroom 1bed . Overall is clean n cool 😎 👌."

"Room 507 & 508, both room water tap have problem, water tap can't adjust only have hot water and cannot shower. Room 508, the long bath sink was stuck and shower water flow was slow and the fridge was very old and rust. Luckily is only stay a night. I think this hotel need to refurnish for old or new wing room.The only good is the strategic location with 1 night stay."

"My stay at Hotel Regency in Hat Yai was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and professional service. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The location is excellent—right in the city center, just a short walk to local markets, shopping malls, and delicious street food. It's incredibly convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout my stay. Overall, Hotel Regency exceeded my expectations in every way. Excellent service, great location, and very comfortable rooms. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!"

The staffs offers to attend us and pick up the luggage as soon as we get off the car at the hotel. 2. Friendly staff and helpful to explain the route of destination. 3. "You may choose any other hotel nearby with excellent service, cleaner and most interesting cheaper than this. This hotel has a prime location, unfortunately, overshadowed by the poor customer service at the front desk. The front desk staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Most seemed disinterested in assisting guests, showing no smile or warmth throughout the interaction. Their impatience and unhelpful attitude were disappointing. I noticed the same unfriendly behavior toward other guests as well, indicating a deeper issue with the team’s training or attitude."
