"This is a very basic hotel. Its very central & night market and small malls are within walking distance from the hotel. The downside are room can be rather noisy for those early sleepers. Room need to refurnish as it’s a bit dated. Shower floor can be rather wet after shower n get slippery. Breakfast options are pretty standard. The plus points are staffs in good manners & very helpful. Overall excellent attentive services at all levels👍"
"Hatyai Signature Hotel is a bit dated — you can tell it’s been around for some time. The sofa had some stains and the pillowcases were quite thin. However, for a quick overnight stay, it’s still okay. Reasonably comfortable and convenient for a short stop."
"Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights.
The downside is that the air conditioning is not cold, the lighting is not bright enough, and the WiFi is really weak 😤.
Other than that, everything is fine — there are convenient power outlets available.
Room service and front desk service are perfect. 👌🏿
The location is great, just 600m walking distance to Lee Garden Night Market, and there’s a big 7-Eleven nearby."

"It is highly recommended to stay at this family-friendly hotel in Hat Yai, especially if you're traveling with children. Although the hotel might be a bit far from the city market, I used Maxim, a local ride-hailing app similar to Grab, which is cheaper and very quick in finding a driver.
The room was quite spacious, and I loved it very much. It featured a bathtub, a cold air conditioner, and a small balcony with a view of the surrounding area.
All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's night ambiance at the swimming pool, where a live band played soothing music, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
Regarding breakfast, I found it not particularly recommended due to limited options available, which might not satisfy those looking for a variety of choices."
"I booked the Luxury Room (3D2N), clearly stated I was travelling with 4 children (12, 10, 8 & 6). The booking policy said children of all ages are welcome. However, at check-in the staff insisted the room could only fit 2 adults + 2 kids, and demanded I book another room for my other children. Despite explaining, they refused to accommodate and told me to “deal with TRIP” if I wanted to cancel.
In the end, I had no choice but to book another room for my kids. This unexpected situation was very frustrating, inconvenient, and disappointing, especially as it disrupted my family travel plans and added unplanned costs. It left a negative impact on my stay, as I had originally booked with the expectation that my family could stay together comfortably in one room as stated in the booking policy."
"Aloha Hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, right beside the biggest 7-Eleven. The room was clean, but the noise from the corridor was quite loud. Also, the hotel only provided one bath towel."
"Stays for 2nights..Location is superb, walking distance to Lee garden & kimyong market.. for the second days.. the cleaner forget to put back the drinking water and cause almost penalty to us.. fortunately the receptionist says its okay.. overall is great.. and surely will repeat again 😬😬😬"
"Good and nice location! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Perfect for both short stays and vacations."
"I was little disappointed as there was no iron provided at the hotel. An iron is essentiiol in every hotel for the convenience for the travellers. I hope this be provided in the future. Other than that, everything else was excellent."
"If you are looking for a budget stay for your self drive trip, I think the price is reasonable as the amenities are limited where better you bring your own towel and hair dryer along. Room’s amenities is not being refill every day even you are staying for more than 1 night. Towels are being change every day but towel is not in Snow White…and there are only 1dustbin in the room.
There is free coffee and wrap as breakfast every morning just redeem at hotel lobby."

RReen NishaHere’s a polished and positive review you can copy-paste into the **“Write your review”** box for Casa 33 Hatyai:

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa 33 Hatyai! The hotel has a clean, minimal, and modern design that’s both stylish and cozy. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and smelled amazing thanks to the luxury bath amenities. The bed was super comfortable.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. Service was top-notch from check-in to check-out. The small pool and in-house café were nice touches too. Everything felt well thought out, from the layout to the decor. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a boutique experience in Hat Yai!
JJustinWongMuslim friendly hotel, they serve halal breakfast. Room cleanliness is above average, staff are kind too. A bit away from the town central so you need to gave transportation.
GGuest UserWe were late check into the hotel but the receptionist are so efficient that straight away they asked isn’t 2rooms and I said yes, One of the girls took out 2forms before I can show them my booking, she asked me to check the names and was correct, I felt so warmed.
Here again I would like to say Thank you for the receptionist services… Perfect attitude and for sure I’ll visit again.
Walking distance to Central Hatyai and night market Greenway… Good location for those who hates noisy sound in the morning too.Rooms are clean and also they provide a microwave for our convenient.
They are so kind to call for a Tuk tuk if you want.
Car park are provided but not ev charger.
Overall I’ll give them 9.5 and if ev charger are provided, it ll be 10/10😉

GGuest UserReview: The Smart Hotel, Hat Yai

GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean. The only thing was that the dormitory room was on the third floor, so it was difficult to bring my luggage up there. It was nice that there was a shower and shampoo.

Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
