My second stay at this hotel. Located out of town, very quiet and comfortable room. Nearby has local restaurants and some roadside eateries. Parking limited (roadside) Hotel will contact tuk tuk service if needed. Happening area - Lee Garden Hotel just 3.4km.

Overall Value: 9/10 Room Size: 10/10 Spacious Balcony with washing basin Room Cleanliness: 9/10 Found some hair on the floor, but generally clean Daily room cleaning and bed linen & towel change available if you wish Ant infestation at the toilet washing basin (Room 203). Ants were on the comb and electric shaver. Maybe previous guests washed food items at the washing basin. Bed Comfort: 6/10 Bed mattress is firm/hard; backache if you sleep too long on it Pillow is quite high. Hotel in Thailand is big and super comfortable. Service is very good. I think the place is quit new or they just good at maintenaning the hotel.

I personally feels that the review was overrated about staff’s friendliness and helpfulness. I couldn’t feel it at all, instead I smile and greet them. It’s very bad….no kettle in room, feels like dormitory stay. Room relatively large and comfy. Receptionist is bearing hotel brand and it’s the first contact to guest, must have good impression. I arrived at hotel with luggage and had no hand to open the door, the receptionist just can’t be bothered to help…..
