Ants were on the comb and electric shaver. Maybe previous guests washed food items at the washing basin. I personally feels that the review was overrated about staff’s friendliness and helpfulness. I couldn’t feel it at all, instead I smile and greet them. It’s very bad….no kettle in room, feels like dormitory stay. Room relatively large and comfy. Receptionist is bearing hotel brand and it’s the first contact to guest, must have good impression. I arrived at hotel with luggage and had no hand to open the door, the receptionist just can’t be bothered to help…..
