Very clean & good service Better take photo of the food in the room, cos miss one can of snack considered is you eat. Luckily check dustbin is nothing than no charge.

Nice hotel with Cafe with others. The room is decent size. The only complaint might be the parking lots is limited and full fast.

Nice and friendly receptionist in the hotel. The hotel is near to many eating place. Wifi and necessary amenities are all available.

Location and price for the suite is good. The shower cubicle is abit small though. One thing that turned me off was the hotel only provide 2 free bottles of water per room per day. Other than this, I am fine with everything else regarding this hotel.

Nice new hotel in a convenient location. You can walk to Gim Yong market, Lee Gardens street, Food easily available. Next to Jae Lek Restaourant which has pretty good food.

Front desk staff are attentive. New hotel, modern chic with oriental vibes. Bedding is good for a night's rest. Cafe serves good coffee and Croissant. Walking distance to KimYong market and Lee Gardens. Or you may take tuktuk ride. For Muslims, there's 2 eateries within 3 minutes walk.

Very Chinese style hotel, clean and nice hotel. Just abit too near the main road, could be noisy in the morning.

Hotel check in is at 11am which was perfect. Hotel has a porch area where you can park your car/bike there with security which was very safe. The hotel was in oriental vibes, and the hotel was so clean and comfortable. Staffs were also very nice and friendly, called for room service and it took them less than 5 mins to get to the room. Also, the location was nothing but perfect. There is eateries and cafe downstairs, 7-11 is just a 4-5 mins walk away, there is plenty of massage nearby and also near to Lee garden night market. Definitely would come back to this hotel again if we visit Hatyai again!
