Wanted a early check in so I emailed them but they r not helpful told me to book one more night on the excuse of peak season. PLS I only go holiday on non-peak, which is in July mid. My friend last min booked w the same hotel he is able to book!! They just wanna earn one more night of moneyx3 🙄
Other country I go the hotel either 3☆☆☆ 4☆☆☆☆ or 5☆☆☆☆ I just pay xtra or they give me free early check in Hatyai is the worse w dishonest ppl.
As I'm w my families I have no choice just book 3 xtra night as my flight. They rescheduled it to the earlier slot like 6am
When reached, the staff does her thing so slowly n was distracted by other thing too. Just told us about deposit, tell us about penalty as we need to sign n that's all. Did not tell me about WiFi or any other infor...
Room: towels all was soooo dirty that they have stain on them. From towel, floor mat, to bedsheets. Luckily I have all my disposable sheets n towel. Need to take so many different lift n there is walk distance.

Would like to highlight on our floor there was a water leakage along the corridor. Hope they fix it soon!
