You may choose any other hotel nearby with excellent service, cleaner and most interesting cheaper than this. This hotel has a prime location, unfortunately, overshadowed by the poor customer service at the front desk.
The front desk staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Most seemed disinterested in assisting guests, showing no smile or warmth throughout the interaction. Their impatience and unhelpful attitude were disappointing.
I noticed the same unfriendly behavior toward other guests as well, indicating a deeper issue with the team’s training or attitude.

Had a good and pleasant stay , room was clean, I requested for a corner room and was granted according to my request. However this hotel must upgrade the security as anyone can enter this hotel or your room. Will surely return to this hotel if there is proper security in place.

The receptionist provide early check in as we we reach earlier than the check in time. The room offer wasn’t the one we book but as the provide connecting room so we are fine with it . But the floor was little sticky and there is hairs on the floor. The mattress little itchy, but maybe is my families and I we have quite of sensivite skin. Location wise, its is great just a corner away from lee garden and there are a few massage near by the corner.

Very bad for late night service. Nobody to assist in cases of emergency. Most of them are asleep.

We booked the new wing block which located at the back of the old block. Both have their own reception. Room have a separate shower and bath tub.

While the hotel location is very strategic, the staff weren’t friendly as I ask for bottle opener they just told me they got none, cant imagine a Hotel without a bottle opener, I believe it is Just simply lazy to look for me. The room has the wet smell, need to turn on the aircon or else cant stand the smell.
