I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was highly disappointing. Here are the main issues I encountered:
No Air Conditioning in the Lobby: The lobby was unbearably hot and uncomfortable, making the check-in process unpleasant.
No Extra Pillows: When I requested extra pillows, I was informed that none were available. This lack of basic amenities is unacceptable.
Not a Strategic Area: The hotel's location is inconvenient and far from Lee Garden.
Cannot Communicate in English: The staff struggled with basic English, making communication nearly impossible and causing several misunderstandings.
Room Service Neglect: Room service did not clean up the rubbish in the dustbin, which led to an unpleasant and unsanitary room environment.
No Hair Dryer: Despite being a standard feature in most hotels, there was no hair dryer available in the room.
Unfriendly Staff: The staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful, which greatly detracted from the overall experience.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
