Hotel a bit old like 80’s, no refurbishment at all, furniture so outdated, poor sound insulation, bathtub very dirty and only can stand on above for shower, only provide 2 bottles drinking water, 2 small soap and 1 small bottle shower gel (not sure can use or not). No hair dryer provide and told by reception guests not yet return.
Anyway the location are great.

Price cheaper. Room size big. Location downtown Hat Yai, very strategic. Receptionist very good and fast. Towel change every day, drinks serve every day. Hot water and bathtub okay.

It was a very old hotel and the facilities just at par. Couldn’t expect much as this is the only hotel available as it was Malaysia travel season so room are fully booked mostly

Check -in process was smooth and easy. The location, facilities, staff are all superb. Except for the iron. The hotel does not provide iron.
