I booked for 3d2n at Regency Hotel. The room looks good.. bed was comfy. Unfortunately they are unable to provide you extra pillow.
The customer service need to be improve. I have requested and paid for an extra bed, seemlike they no record shown that it was paid during check out. Luckily i have my receipt payment. 😮💨

My stay at Hotel Regency in Hat Yai was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and professional service. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay.
The location is excellent—right in the city center, just a short walk to local markets, shopping malls, and delicious street food. It's incredibly convenient for both leisure and business travelers.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout my stay.
Overall, Hotel Regency exceeded my expectations in every way. Excellent service, great location, and very comfortable rooms. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

I'm a regular visitor to Hatyai & first time staying in Regency Hotel. This is the worst experience I ever had. My room type reservation landed me in the old wing. I'm not saying the newer wing is better. The room is run down & old. No proper amenities, just towel, body soap & shampoo. Basic necessities is completely lacking like hair dryer. It smells & the housekeeping staffs treat this place like their home, shouting over to each other along the corridor which you can hear from inside of your room. THEY EVEN ATE MY FRUITS WHICH I LEFT IT IN THE ROOM WHEN I'M OUT SHOPPING. THIS HAPPEN DURING DAILY ROOM CLEANING SERVICE. Front desk customer service attitude is bad! Real bad!
I will never ever come back to this hotel again! 😡

The hotel is centrally located in the city centre of Haadyai, and is within walking distance to the Kim Yong market and the Lee Gardens Hotel food street. You can get around the city by the numerous tuk tuks or Grab car.
Although the room and the furniture and fittings are somewhat dated, they are all in good condition.
Best of all, the room rate is cheaper on Trip.com compared to the hotel’s published rate.
