Located about 1km away from Lee Garden/Centara Hotel (8-10 minutes walking distance) the hotel rooms are clean with amenities provided, big TV with few channels for viewing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Really we had a pleasant stay here and would surely return.

Hotel looks new and clean. However there was some bad odour from toilet. There was no slippers provided in room.
About 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market.

I had a pleasant stay at CC Hatyai Hotel! The location is convenient,close to local eateries, convenience stores, and just a short ride from the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
The only downside was the limited parking space, but other than that, everything went smoothly. Great value for money, and I’d definitely consider staying here again if I return to Hat Yai.

It’s really beyond my expectations, the toilet near the front desk is really advance and clean. The hotel staffs are so helpful and I would really want to shoutout to the bell boy and uncle, they really did their part well and I’m so impressed. They really outdid the hotel which is famous. Will look forward for my next stay!

The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The amenities are decent for the price, making it a good value for budget travelers.

It’s new hotel, super clean nearby seven eleven!Friendly staff and they can speak English well!
Room complete with towel, toilet amenities and fridge! I got room with balcony 😍
Walking distance to kim yong market, two seven eleven nearby 😍
Hotel provide coffee and tea from machine free refill in their cozy lounge!

At very convenient area. Walking distance to 7-11, food stalls. Room is clean, with international sockets. Parkings available.
The things that hope to be improve:
1. To have water dispenser at each floor for hot/cold water refilling (2 bottles of water is provided in fridge).
2. To provide disposable cutlery in room.
2. To provide toilet rolls for toilet use (do have a packet of tissue ready)
