Overall it is a pleasant experience to stay at Bestier Hotel 😚 although the breakfast is not complementary, but I would say it definitely worth the prices. It’s not the typical hotel buffet breakfast. The chef there will take the order and serve the breakfast set you chosen 1 by 1. Ordered a Thai style breakfast & American breakfast during my stay. Both taste good 🤩🤩 For drinks, I would recommend the Hot Thai Milk Tea from the Nescafé machine (Taste good 👍🏻 ) & Iced Thai Milk Tea (Taste like Cha Tra Mue).
I think the only pros are limited lift & outdoor parking spot.

Location is a bit far from Lee Garden (within 3km), but since we were driving, it wasn't a problem. The front desk was great—they really tried to accommodate my requests and solve any problems. Absolutely loved how clean the room was, and the bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept on!

Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay.
The only minor issue was that the shower area drained a bit slowly and water would pool, but it didn’t affect the overall experience

Clean and new hotel. This room comes with a balcony as well. Within walking distance of 7-11, eateries and cafe. They also have a buggy service to bring guests to places within 1km of the property. Staff are friendly with genuine smiles and speak good English 👍🏻

one of the best hotel room that i ever had at this price point, it worth every pennies. The furnitures are brand new, nice big tv with relatively fast internet and ofcourse very comfy bed! It would be better if we could get free access to the netflix. No bad odour in their toilet even though no ventilation whatsoever in there.
Central hatyai, Greenway, Lee Garden and Asean night bazaar are all reachable within 10-15mins drive. I will certainly be back to this hotel in future! Thanks for having us!

Staff are all friendly, but the standards are lacking. For example, room cleaning doesn't follow proper SOP to ensure all rooms are cleaned. On the second day, we woke up late and our room was missed and not cleaned. Toiletries were incomplete, and one of the towels was dirty and damaged. As for the location, it's convenient if you have your own transport, as there are no shops nearby. However, the hotel does provide free tuk-tuk services.
But for budgeting this is the good choice hotel, room design is small even is 24m size.
