I have some issues here. 1. Under bed is not very clear, for next time please clear also under the bed. 2. Hot water not tagging, I do not know how to change hot water first and meet must turn to right not left as normal. 3. Location room. I'm staying at level 3 block B. The lift to lobby if complicated, must go to level 4 n then change side to take lift to lobby. 2 time im lost. 4. Swimming pool, I asked the staff at 1 cafe, he failed to give instructions for visiting the pool. I'm also bringing a baby in a stroller, so it is difficult to use the stair because it is wrong instruction.

Location is so convenient. They have good hot water and the Thai tea at their level 1 stall is excellent. Staff are friendly as usual. However , the Breakfast is not as good as previously. We are so disappointed that they no longer have the traditional coffee /tea station. Now it is just the coffee machine. And the egg station has only one pan in operation so the wait for scrambled eggs/omelette takes a really really long time until we just didnot get our order. Think we won’t be booking the breakfast any more.

We booked 2 x Deluxe room with breakfast , Hotel is located makro, shopping centre & night market . I like the location , very convenient and easy to access every where. There provide carpark too. The swimming pool is big & have gym room too. The room is big for me to put 2 big luggage .The staff can't really speak english fluently . Sometimes there don't understand what i asking or explain. The room is clean & the sound prove too. The most important for me is sound prove . i will be back again this hotel . Highly recommend my friends and family .

Location wise, 10 minutes walk to Odean Mall, Lee Garden area. If you want a quiet place to stay, this is the hotel for you.

The staff at Hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Additionally, the breakfast available was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. However, there were some noise issues that detracted from the overall experience. Throughout the night, the room was filled with the noise of machinery, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. Moreover, the sound of water running in other rooms was noticeable, causing some disturbance. The gym was an asset and the pool superb. Despite the noise challenges, I appreciated the comfort of the bed, the spaciousness of the room, the isolated location, the friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast offerings. With some improvements in noise insulation, the Hotel could offer an even more enjoyable stay for its guests.

There must have been a receptionist conference happening because when I checked in there were seven ladies behind a counter designed for two. I had arrived before 2pm check in time but they took care of my baggage whilst I went out to get something to eat. I think it is inappropriate to put pressure on hotel staff to try and get an early check in, like I have read in reviews on TA. My room was spacious, clean, modern looking and everything worked just fine. Plenty of hanging space and shelving for clothes. Unlike others who find the most trivial things to complain about I think you would be hard pressed to complain about anything here. A personal negative was that all the cable TV stations were in Thai but that's not unusual throughout rural Thailand. No bid deal. There are also no restaurants nearby but there is a food market and Greenway Night Market nearby. Asean Night Bazaar is also within walking distance. Special thanks to the reception staff for their friendly and helpful demeanour. They sorted my tuk tuk for me so that I could visit specific attractions that I had researched as well as my taxi to the airport, both at reasonable prices. Taxis and tuk tuks do not have a very good reputation in Hat Yai.

The location is great and has car parking available. It’s an old hotel with renovation. The room is spacious and clean. Their service is good. One thing I don’t like about this hotel is that their window is covered with blue film and it quite irritating to eyes. (You can refer to the photos I posted here) Other than that, this hotel is very value for money and that’s the best part! So, I still recommend this hotel to any travelers.

It’s a neat & nice hotel but the staffs were not that friendly, no smiling face. The hotel don’t provide full toiletries like toothbrush and slippers. All need to request at the front desk. The wifi was not auto login and need to login every time whenever get back to the hotel. The hotel is located at a quiet end just behind the New Season hotel with spacious rooms. It’s a 10 mins walk to where Lee Garden eateries & night market are. It’s a 15 mins walk to Kim Yong market . Tuk tuk is ever ready at the doorstep waiting for a short trip elsewhere in Hatyai. A few massage shops across the hotel but I do not recommended as the fees are expensive than those close to May Flower Hotel or Lee Garden. There is a nice noodle shop opposite the hotel which is open from 6pm-330am. A tiny version of Big C supermart is located 3min walk from the hotel m trip and it was a pleasant stay! 😊 I love the hotel location very much, it's not at the busiest part of Hatyai but still a walking distance to Kim Yong market, eateries, and malls. It was a pleasant stay to me and my family! But I do hope the staffs at the front desk could have more smiling face to welcome us…

I love the pantry inside our room. They have microwave and medium size refrigerators. Small balcony for those who smoke. Breakfast was limited. Need to place order at the receptionist counter day or night before. Filling portion for breakfast meal. Coffee, tea & milo sachets counter with juices and detergent. Only hiccups is the dryer. It will auto stop every 15mins. Its irritated us as we need to adjust the time again & again. Inform the front desk receptionist and they call the hotel technician came to fix but doesn't help. We've to find laundry mart and quiet a distance. Cost us 400bhat!. Please fix the dryer. Other then that, is nice hotel to stay.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Very good location, close to the Gion Shopping Plaza, walking distance to Jinrong Market, santisuk Market, Robinson Shopping Street and Oden Shopping Street. The train station is nearby and you can see the station building from the hotel. There are also many halal restaurants nearby...you can go around nearby. The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is good, and the room service is good. You can easily go to other places by tuk tuk or double row car in front of the hotel. But make sure you will bargain. If I go to Hat Yai, I will definitely return to this hotel.

I booked two nights in Hat Yai traveling as a solo female. I booked the night before I arrived and everything was perfect. The location is quite good as you can walk to most places. I walked to the Central Festival shopping mall (and took a taxi back because it was raining). The room was really big and very beautiful! Everything was very clean and I even had a view over the city. Great clean and spacious bathroom. A small fridge with a good cold temperature. The pool is nice and because of low season I had it to myself. The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. At breakfast today the owner even walked around and introduced herself. Lovely. Only thing a little poor was the breakfast but I think it’s because it’s low season and not that many guests. Will definitely recommend!

Staying in such a clean, new modern hotel, I can't help but praise it. For me, the best plus is that there are plenty of parking spaces, about 7-11 (just so much next door), and there are many restaurants nearby (some are halal restaurants) The coffee house made by the hotel is really great! The modern style decorated room is very clean and you can choose the TV channel as much as you like. Wi-Fi in the lobby and room is free and the signal is stable! It takes only 10 minutes from the city center of Hat Yai. It is very convenient to come here by tuk tuk and the staff is very friendly. Especially thanks to Joe (he may be the manager) for paying great attention to the needs of the guests and the suggestions are particularly useful. :-) I will definitely choose the hotel in Hat Yai in the future according to such standards! highly recommended!

We arrived at 7.45am after a 14 train ride from Bangkok. The hotel were kind enough to give us a 9am check in. Plenty of time to enjoy some street food breakfast before resting. Big & clean room with a comfortable bed & decent a/c. Staff friendly & helpful thought, took care of our transit booking to Koh Lipe. Very good location with plenty of food nearby & a short Grab ride to some nice bars for the evening. Second picture at Swan Pub, also recommended. Definitely come back here next time in Hat Yai. Very good value too. 👏👏👏

Booked 2 standard room for 2 night stay. Arrived at the hotel around 12.00 pm. Greeted by friendly staff and we asked for early check in and we did get it. There's a parking lot provided and since we drove from KL, this is really good. Spacious, clean room and bathroom. Mini bar with bottled water inside. Superb air-conditioning. Good WiFi signal. They also do daily housekeeping. Located within walking distance to 7-11, Kimberly Yong Market and Lee Garden Plaza. Totally surprise since the price we paid were very inexpensive.

this is my firstime went to the very very bad hotel. because first thing is, we put the makeup sign on 0900hrs and cameback at 1430hrs something. When we cameback, we expect the room already clean but nope. we very frustrated. they just change the towel but the bathmat still wet and dirty. they didnt vacuum the floor at all. i dont know how the room attendant do their job. okay second thing is, tomorrow during chechout, yaa normally the front desk will ask us to wait for a minute to check the room if any damage or lossing item. so the room attendant found that out bedsheet have a foundation stain, and they ask 200THB for wash fee. ohmaigod this is my firstime went to the hotel the guest have to pay for that. even 5 star hotel, blood stain, paint stain they didnt charged me even 1 cent . and the front desk is not professional at all. i swear. very very bad services.

Stayed over at The Bedroom in Hatyai for the second time. Got this tiny cozy loft room where your single bed is built on a loft above your living space. Steps up the bed a little steep but I would say it is quite comfortable for a solo traveller. The hotel does not have any lift so be prepared to take the stairs. But for just about $12 a night for a room with attached bath, nothing much to complain about.

The only down side is you can hear the wind sound from our room when it rain cause we were there during raining & windy time. But its ok. Told my kids its only wind n nothing to be worried about. Hubby and I just wanted a short vacation is southern Thailand without too much hassle and traveling. We chose to stay in city center and required a comfortable reasonable priced hotel which was easy access to the two night hawkers, temples and the four famous markets which sold local products and wares. We found VL Hatyai after reading the numerous reviews. Our room was on the 11th floor with a great view of the city and it was spacious and clean. The twin beds and pillows were very comfortable and a kettle for making coffee was provided. A large TV with various English, Chinese and Thai channels were provided and we even had a fridge and hair dryer which were unusual for the price we paid. Due to the comfort we decided to stay 5 nights and ventured to tour outskirts of Hatyai on day trips to the Floating Market and Stainless Steel Temple.

We booked this hotel due to close to Lee Garden Plaza and we can get our car rental from Yuri Car Rental faster and easier. This is the cheapest among all hotels which closest to the Lee Garden Plaza by the time we booked the hotel at Agoda. I believe this is a very old hotel by looking at the interior design and decorations of the room, but I considered the hotel still trying their best in keeping it clean and neat and maintain it well and decent to stay. Asian Hotel’s location is just nice and it is in the middle of the the city centre, and it puts its guests close to the business and commercial districts of the city. Public transportation is easily available, therefore making it hassle free for its guests to navigate the city and surrounding areas. Our Twin Room is simple, but equipped with all the basic amenities required for a pleasant stay. We have the complimentary 2 bottles of drinking water, coffee and tea, complimentary wireless internet access, towels and toiletries. We noticed that Asian Hotel sure indeed an exclusive hotel once upon a time by looking at the details of the interior design and the joinery works that involved in the room. We can see the amounts of timber panelling and built-ins that in the room – the dressing table and chair, the wardrobe, the dry pantry area and the small TV cabinet even though the TV is an old fashion of box type. The bathroom too, they try to keep it clean and dry. The children think that it is a bit old and small room because we just changed hotel from previously a triple room to twin room. I still think it is descent for us to have a sleep and good bath. You are sure to appreciate the central location of Asian Hotel.

Front desk service was friendly and supportive. Hotel was a bit aging, maintenance (i.e. leaking toilet water host on washing basin) will be required and upgrade [i.e. larger TV screen (getting a less than 23” screen), shower with water pump (weak water pressure) would be recommended.

The room is next to the business district, convenient, traffic jam, near Kim Yong market. But the condition of the hotel is quite old. There are large towels and small towels in the room. The staff after COVID 19 is so small that the cleaning of the room is not thorough. Staff in the breakfast room and very little breakfast and good taste not having enough food Had to find food outside the hotel.

If you want to break your long journey while going to Koh Lipe, then Casa 33 seems to be the best place in Hat Yai. We arrive at Casa 33 at around 10ish in the morning from a long flight journey. The check in time is 2 o clock, but on request they were kind enough to give an early check-in. The room was really clean with a work desk & big bath tub. The only drawback of the room was that it was on the first floor adjacent to a common passage & hence you can hear sounds of people incase they are talking loudly. The lady at reception desk helped us book PakBara Pier-Koh Lipe common taxi which was around 600 Baht for two people (including luggage). The cafe there serves very good desserts & tea, we had the jasmine tea & french fries & it was really nice. We wanted to break our long journey before departing to Koh Lipe & hence we stayed at Hat Yai for one night. We visited the Buddha Statue giving amazing views of the Hat Yai City from the top, the Asean Night Bazar which had good shopping options at a bargain. There is nothing much to do @ Hat Yai & you dont find many tourists & the locals dont speak English & hence its really difficult to communicate. Grab Taxi is very efficient as we booked it three-four times at Hat Yai. In all a very good experience at Hat Yai & a must stay in Hat Yai is Casa 33. Cheers, Parth

The hotel is aged but seem had some refurbishment not long ago, the air-cond and shower heater look new. The location is OK, the main reason checked-in this hotel was the affordable price. The accommodation is spacious, cleanliness(3.5/5) and comfy(4/5), has a balcony with view. The bathroom was not really good(3/5) and not suitable for elderly guest, bcoz the steps to bathtub.

The location is good in the city center, but the hotel room is too old, with too much wooden furniture, which is not conducive to washing and drying clothes.
