I am extremely disappointed with the recent management changes at this caravan park. Since Tasman Holiday Parks took over, the price for campsites has skyrocketed to an unbelievable $175 a night during the school holidays. They have literally DOUBLED the price since taking over. This is not just a price increase; it feels like a calculated move to cash in on families hoping for a budget-friendly holiday. It's unacceptable to take advantage of those just wanting to create memories with their kids. Families deserve better than this kind of exploitation. Look elsewhere for your holiday plans; you'll find much better value

Hastings point is a lovely spot to holiday. Tasman has recently taken over the north star holiday resort and are currently doing exciting renovations. Lots of renovations. The camp kitchen, the games room and puting in new villas where caravans used to go. Cleaning is also in progress. Be very careful if you are booking as you may find the noise intolerable.

This park is beautifully presented and maintained. We stayed in a bungalow. Very comfortable and private. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back. Great amenities for the kids to keep them entertained.. the lap pool and spa are a great added feature.

Great location. This is a fantastic holiday park for families with kids. Facilities are great. Can highly recommend the day spa. Location is opposite a beautiful beach. We stayed in a cabin however the caravan sites are huge, extremely well maintained and quite private considering.

We stayed in a 3br apartment which was located above reception. The apartment looks to be newly renovated/refreshed. All new appliances including and combo washer/dryer which was easy to use and a god send with two small children. The main bedroom has 2 built-in robes, a king-size bed, tv and it's own balcony. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and 2 singles with their own wardrobes. The living-dining area is spacious, as is the kitchen (dishwasher included). The apartment is air-conditioned which is perfect on a hot day. The rest of the park is so well maintained. Crews constantly removing palm fronds and doing rubbish collections. The water park is fantastic, our kids could have stayed there the whole day if we'd let them. There is fun for all ages here. Also a quick walk to the servo for groceries and is just up the road from the beach and creek.

This isn't a safe environment for anyone - especially for kids. You should consider going somewhere safe. There's also not much on offer here. There's no outlook. It's like it was built in a swamp. Facilities are poor and the place isn't well maintained.

What a such a nice place to have fun and relax at the same time ! We loved every single minute and we can’t wait to come back ! Close to the coast , waters park for the kids, the creek it’s just next door, food was good and we loved our cabine .great place
