Old and dirty. Weeds 2 feet high outside. Looked abandoned when first pulling into the parking lot. Not enough staff, the staff that were there were working as best they could. The owners must be like slum landlords and should be ashamed to even be open. Pool and hot tub closed. Mattresses are disgusting, brown and sunk in

I read these reviews.. and most ppl are not so smart lmfao like yes it is an old hotel it used to be the best in Hastings back in the day. It has been used up by not so good ppl.. the manager Andrew is a good person! His employees are nice and very respectful, but here’s the thing you can’t just flip a hotel from trash to amazing over night it takes time. Yes it may have some problems but I know it will be fixed. Also I have heard guests here say that “it’s not what it seemed like online” REALLY I have no idea lmfao you understand that ANYONE can post photos or say stuff.. my momma always told me not to Believe everything you see on the Internet.. so give it some time and this place will be amazing again just like trump wanted to make American great again lol Anyways I will always choose this hotel over all the new ones in town.

A reservation I had for June 24 was canceled my the event planner before the event and after several calls, I finally received an email dated June 24 that it had been canceled. However, although C3 approved the cancellation, I'm having a tough time getting a refund as it was made via *********** and they can't issue a refund until C3 emails them, which *********** is having a hard time reaching them; *********** can't accept the email they sent me, it has to come from them. I've left two vms today 7/12 on two different phone numbers and haven't received a call back yet. I called them last week and a guy answered "hello", I had to ask him if he was C3. This is ridiculous and no way to run a business. Andrew, a General Manager was very helpful in canceling this reservation, but noone is available when I or *********** call.

This scam of a motel overcharged me $46 from the rate we were quoted multiple times, the manager lied about it, never refunded me, and then charged me a $125 cleaning fee for leaving the room SPOTLESS. We even tipped $25 for the housekeeping. My parents even went back to the hotel to see the room the next day and the employee who escorted my dad to the room admitted there was nothing needing cleaning. The owner or the manager is embezzling money from guests. It is a SCAM!!! We have stayed there for our family reunion 4-5 years so it’s not a new place to us. I love 20min away. The new owner is a SCAM ARTIST. Save yourself the trouble and do NOT give this dishonest scam artist your money!
