Quality Inn

Was not horrible but would not stay again i didnt feel the safest and the hotel is very run down staff also appear run down and complain about how tired they are . They were nice to us though but just not a place i would revisit

Very disappointed and NOT worth the value. There was no elevator; the atmosphere was masked with Pine-Sol, as were the rooms, two steps up from a campsite, one commode was loose & not secure to the floor, and one tub had an approximate 6-7 inch hole heavily caulked & patched. Tiny bugs of some type similar to gnats, cleanliness was marginal, lighting in one bathroom poor, missing lightbulbs, in dire need of an upgrade, upon arrival outside of the building in disrepair, the lobby smelled like dinner was ready, one remote required batteries, the two-night stay was expensive and not worth the $700 for two rooms. Service repairs requested on the commode, which was dangerous to sit on, were made at the desk & told it would be addressed, but it wasn't. Not handicap accessible, we were very disappointed with our stay, one small child running rampant & creating havoc in her pathway. I expect a considerable refund & will be contacting my credit card company for assistance on this stay. NOT a great experience after traveling 7 hours to a place like this. The breakfast options were also a bare minimum.😞

Family stay Stay was average. Our bathroom was dirty, moldy, and the door was broken like it had been licked in.

Honestly for a cheap hotel that’s still clean it wasn’t horrible, but overall not somewhere I’d take a family. The walls and floors are paper thin. The cleaning staff was loud and inconsiderate by slamming doors and not being mindful of those sleeping. If I was driving through and didn’t wanna break the bank this would be acceptable, but long term I wouldn’t entertain it.

There was nowhere to park. The pool and pool area was not very clean

The toilets are low to the ground, shower did not drain well, towel rack came off the wall, and light fixture by the bed was barely hangin on. The bed was comfortable.
