Lovely hotel situated above their own restaurant and bar. The hotel is located south of the town and is on the edge of the pedestrianised area. It is a 2-minute walk to a square near the cathedral and a few mins more to other landmarks, bars and restaurants. We had 2 x rooms (doubles), which were plenty big enough and had good modern facilities. The only issue we had was the lack of a lift from the check-in area, although I think there is another lift you can use within the restaurant. The restaurant and bar areas are large, both inside and out with a wide and varied food & drinks menu. Breakfast was a basic continental option, but enough for what we needed. Hasselt is a lovely place to stay. We had a great time.

I stayed 1 night in this hotel for work. I had already reserved a parking space in advance (recommended) and upon arrival I was kindly welcomed and helped with luggage, so that I could easily park the car afterwards. The room was spacious and extremely clean, the bathroom was also taken care of down to the last detail. Very good beds too! Breakfast is available from 7am and the service is also very friendly there. Breakfast itself is more than sufficient (see photo), service is at the table. In short: an ideal hotel for a night in Hasselt, certainly in terms of price-quality! I will definitely come back here ☺️

Room 1 on the t****e floor. You can hear the noise from the kitchen. The floor creaks so you can hear your upstairs neighbors very clearly. Not really conducive to sleep. Clean room with free water and mentos. Very friendly staff! Nice simple breakfast.

We ordered two coffees. The terrace was quite full. Luckily we found a place in the sun. We were ordered quickly. Nice coffee with a bit of whipped cream and a biscuit. Price 6€ for the 2 coffees. Finding the toilet in the shop was a different matter, once found it, given that the toilet was spotless. A good place to eat there too, looked at the map for when I come to the Dessers gallery next door, where I exhibit. The century was warmly recommended by Katrien, the gallery owner.
