Positives :
room was clean with everything in working order. Staff was helpful. There was ample parking space provided in adjacent property. Breakfast was tasty. Negatives:
toiletries wasn't provided except for a small soap. Found it bit expensive for the basic amenities.

It was not a good stay apart from the inbuilt restaurant which has a good food. The rooms are smaller and stinks. Also during midnight there is so much of noise at the top floor (either because of the banquet hall/staffs arguing with each other)
even if you are staying avoid taking the 4th floor. The lift is cramped. Unable to sleep. Ac is installed in such a way that you have to wake-up to switch it off and on. There is no remote as such.

Near railway and bus station also rooms are very clean and supportive staff didn’t have chances to taste a food in restaurant but it’s overall good experience

The hotel was beyond our expectations. Very nest and clean. All the staffs were very polite. Reception responded our calls quick ly and sent appropriate housekeeping staffs for service. Complimentary breakfast was also really nice with multiple options in buffet. Best part was they called and reminded us when the breakfast closing time was about to be over. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone i know who's planning for a trip to hassan.

They saw struggling with the luggage but did not bother to offer help ! rooms are ok but phone not working ! so if u have to talk to someone in the reception u have to come down
