All in all, an extremely relaxing and great holiday amidst nature. Highly recommended place for Couples, Families & Groups. We had one of the best experiences in the recent time, not because other properties were not good but simply because this was a mesmerizing experience altogether. The resort is located amidst a deep forest and is covered with hills and lush green trees. The property is not very large which enables it to give you a personalized experience. One of the specialties that I would bring up was the room where we stayed & is also the best for Couples. It is called ‘Hobbit’. The owner of the property who personally took very good care of us termed it as an extremely unique concept and drawn from the movie Lord pf the rings. It is kind of a burrow and half-submerged. We had a lot of fun staying there. From a safety perspective too, it was all good. The bed was also very good with a very comfortable mattress & we could sleep well. Mattresses form an important part of any stay. The bathroom was neat and clean. The infinity pool is extremely beautiful and faces the unending hills in the front giving the pool a very good view altogether. Considering the overall area and open space, I assure it is also a pet-friendly place, however it I advisable to check with the authorities. They served great food all through in their indoor and outdoor (pool facing) restaurants, starting from Lunch to breakfast to evening Onion Pakoras & tea and a very tasty dinner.

Follow the signboards (of course, handmade) to reach this place. Don't get frightened by the road that leads you to the resort. The fun starts here... The place is serene and you can just sit by the pool to view the sunrise and sunset with the staff ever ready to help/serve you. Wake up with different sounds of birds chirping (which you miss in city life) and go to bed with the sound of crickets. If you are a nature-loving person, this place is for you. Walk around the property for a leisurely walk with lots of flora and fauna to explore, listen to nature talk, soak in the pool, or play games. The best part of this place is, it never gets overcrowded as there are limited rooms. So book in advance than to regret it. The staff is friendly and the owner ever willing to take suggestions. Don't forget to visit the Hobbit room even if you are not staying there. If you have any special requests for food, let the staff know (less spicy, portion control, and so on). The food was stomach-friendly and the resort is family-friendly. Don't expect a full-fledged menu as you get in hotels. The choices are limited but good. Don't miss going on an adventurous ride on the Thar jeep (arranged by the owner depending on your willingness) to Hosahalli Betta, Mookanamane falls, natural fish spa and Bisle view point.

Only plus point is that staffs are very courteous and helpfull.Bathroom wash basin does not have hot water faility. In a cold place like this very difficult wash face. There is ni partition between bath area and wash basin/ toilet area.Approach road of 11. Approach road of one and a half KMs is exremely bad.

Booked this resort as all others' were full during the weekend. A bit skeptical as it was a small resort(less than 10 rooms). The approach roads were not good. Narrow,v.steep and risky during rains. Since we had a SUV, it was not a problem. The view was the biggest plus. Waking up to the sounds of chirping birds, waking up to the view of green trees, no traffic- a nice experience. Whichever room allotted, it's a nuisance. In ground floor, people will be swimming, sitting and chit chatting in the pool side. We can't unveil the curtains and relax. Lacks privacy. In first floor, there will be constant noise from adults and kids playing. Either way, both r a disturbance. Breakfast/dinner were not ready even at 9am/pm. Hi tea was served after 6 pm. Weird meal timings. But the taste was good.. Most of the times nobody is available in reception to address ur concern.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff was good and the food was good except breakfast for which there weren't many options. The scenes were good from the place. We couldn't use much of outdoor games because of rain l. Reaching the property was a bit difficult on that road.
