I went to Hassan for a business trip. I stayed at the pearl for 1 night only. Overall it was a good experience to stay there.
Location: It was hard to find the location. I asked locals for the Pearl but no one knew about it. The Pearl was earlier known as 'The Southern Star' Hotel. They haven't changed the Neon sign above their building. After crossing the building twice, I searched for pics and saw the same building for the Southern Star and Pearl. At check-in, I came to know that they had changed their name in December 2022. They are still in process of changing their name everywhere.
Room: Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-lit. The toilet was clean too. Wi-Fi is ok. The mini fridge was empty and over priced snacks are there too.
Service: My room had electricity issues so I asked them to fix it. They came in a minute and were polite.
Food: The breakfast costs 200 pax. I didn't pay for that so I wouldn't comment on it.
Overall: They need to change their terrace neon sign immediately. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Worth staying. Budget friendly. Very nice breakfast buffet. I viol definitely recommend to people who like to stay in hassan city for a day or two.

Very good hotel stay, the staff was polite and courteous. Rooms were well cleaned. Food was excellent both breakfast buffet and ala carte items in dinner, with good variety. Asked for an extra bed on one night and a good bed with mattress was provided. Location is also very good, close to highway so doesn't take much time to go out of hassan for trips to other places.

Worst experience in the restaurant. One server was very rude and had no basic etiquettes. Worst hotel in Hasaan. Not at all recommended. This bad experience is enough to spoil the mood of the trip, through other services are good. Opt for better hotels in Hassan.

Rooms are too congested, rest rooms are also very narrow, rooms were untidy, it was not cleaned properly, i could see dust all over the floor and table, broken wooden floor, totally poor maintenance, food is also very average,

Room ambience was good. But the behaviour of staff or at reception staff was absolutely terrible. I don't know how can they can place such staff in reception. Pls look for another hotel. Don't prefer this pearl hotel.

I had taken food dinner but i was not given, this is 2nd time this issue repeated. Had to face lot of rules and regulations not at all friendly options.

Very good hotel and location un supported staff. Food is good taste. Staff response is very slow. Lot of improvement required in staff and cleaning. Booking they mention welcomed rinks even water also serving.
