We loved this hotel as part of our couples holiday to ski and sight see. Our visit was in early March 2023. The room was very comfortable and spotless clean. There was no mini bar nor coffee maker but that was fine with us....in the mornings we would just pop down to the restaurant and bring coffee back to our room. Our room had a balcony that we could sit on and the view was amazing! I highly recommend booking a balcony room that you can walk out on. We were on level F which is the level above the restaurant, I believe. There is a tram that is adjacent to the hotel that takes you to Meiringen which we did one late afternoon for a drink. That tram runs every half hour. You can see it from your balcony which was fun as well. Restaurant was great with very personal service and quite attentive. We were on a package that included dinner and breakfast. Both meals were delicious. The restaurant assigns a restaurant table to you during your stay which we really enjoyed as there was a reservation card on our table for our meals. At check-in, we selected our meal for the evening and then at breakfast we selected our meal for that evening. Great options, delicious food and vegetarian options. Service by Benjamin, Katarina, and a tall blonde lady was top notch. There was a huge patio off the restaurant which would be great to enjoy during the spring, summer, and fall. I believe they probably serve dinner outside when possible but not certain. Regardless, it had tables and lounge chairs so would be a nice spot to relax. The tram for skiing is just across the street so an easy walk. There is a ski rental shop just next door to the Hotel Panorama so it is very convenient. The Hotel Panorama has ski lockers for you which have hooks for your boots and gloves to dry overnight. A very nice set up really. We would love to return to this hotel in summer! Not to recommend. 12 hours (at 6 p.m. in the evening) Before departure, we are informed that the hotel will be closing. Reason: too many corona cases in the team and you don't want to risk more cases. What I understand and appreciate. But I don't understand, at such short notice and not even accommodating the customers. As the owner, I would have comforted the guests and offered them a discount on their next stay. After the conversation I am glad that the stay was cancelled. If you already treat customers like this, who knows what the service would be like on site. hp As per conversation my recession is a threat :) I wanted to know how the Lord would have reacted if I had canceled the trip. Blaming everything on the pandemic is pretty easy.

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein aber angenehm ausgestattet. Die Holzwand auf der Bettseite gaben dem Raum eine rustikale Note. Das Badezimmer hatte eine Badewanne. Herrlicher Blick auf die Berge den man vom Balkon aus noch besser geniessen konnte.

Petit séjour de 3 nuits en pleine saison de ski. Accueil très agréable, bons repas avec un joli choix pour les enfants. Idéal pour les familles: nous étions à 14, grands-parents , parents et petits-enfants. Tous y ont trouvé leur compte. La grande salle de jeu a été très appréciée. La proximité directe des pistes de ski simplifie toute l'organisation familiale. Je recommande!

Der Schlimmste Hotel den Ich je besucht habe. Nachdem ich den Doppelzimmer in Hotel Panorama gebucht habe und kein Buchungsbestätigung bekam, habe Ich den Hotel angerufen um Buchung zu bestätigen. Die Mitarbeiterin an Rezeption bestätigte mir die Buchung und sagte Sie erwarten mich am Samstag. Als Ich und meine Freundin dort ankammen, war das Hotel geschlossen !!! Nur zum klar stellen, wir waren den ganzen Tag in Berneroberland unterwegs und nahmen den letzten Gondel, der nach Hasliberg fahrt. Die ganze Gegend war am Wochenende natürlich ausgebucht. Habe das Hotel schon mehrmals versucht anzurufen und anzuschreiben, habe bis heute kein antwort bekommen. Eine Frechheit !!!

Das Hotel wurde verkauft und stellte den Betrieb am 02.06.2022 ein. Die betroffenen Gäste wurden spät per eMail informiert. Für ältere Gäste nicht immer einfach, wenn man das falsche Handy mit dem falschen Roaming Tarif besitzt. Da können Mails auch schon mal untergehen. Angeblich wurden die betroffenen Gäste aus Datenschutzgründen nicht persönlich informiert. Ein kurzes Schreiben auf dem Zimmer hätte Wunder bewirkt. Wir haben unsere Sitznachbarn am Vorabend über die Schließung informiert. Vom Inhaber kam NICHTS! Die betroffenen Gäste wurden vom Hotel umgebucht, aber bei der Kommunikation besteht beim Inhaber Nachholbedarf. Die Reaktion auf Google vom Inhaber über eine dortige mittelmäßige Bewertung ist lächerlich. Zum Hotel: Die Lage ist toll, die Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Es gab nur eine freie Steckdose im Zimmer (neben der Eingangstür). Und um Mails abrufen zu können, muss ich auch mein Handy laden *zwinker*. Das Personal war freudlich und aufmerksam. Die vom Inhaber erhobenen Vorwürfe zeigen, dass noch sehr viel Nachholbedarf besteht. Aber es muss ja auch einen Grund haben, warum das Hotel vor Beginn der Sommersaison verkauft werden soll/ muss. Aber die weiteren Bewertungen zeigen, dass ich nicht allein mit meiner Einschätzung über die Unfähigkeit des Inhabers bin. Ich wünsche dem Hotel einen finanzkräftigen Investor, der aus dem Schmuckstück wieder ein schönes, moderenes Hotel zaubert. Das Potential ist da, es bedarf nur fähiger Führung.

Skitage wie die sein sollen Sehr familienfreundliche Umgebung. Gutes Preis- Leistung- Verhältnis. Familienzimmer gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Direkt neben der Skipiste. Highlight war der Barman mit seinen Kreationen für Gross- und Klein.

Wir als Familie waren im Januar 2023 für 3 Nächte im Panorama. Das Positive vorweg, die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut! Die Hotelbar, also genauer gesagt der Barkeeper (Gabor), ist mit Leidenschaft für Klein und Gross dabei. Das wars leider auch schon mit dem Positiven. Das Hotel gleicht eher einem Heim für Skilager und Landschulwoche (Erinnerungen werden wach). Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und schon etwas ‚durchgekaut‘, die Ringhörigkeit, sei es von der Skijugendgruppe die um halb Sieben zum Frühstück geht oder die Toilettenspühlung im Zimmer nebenan, kann sehr nervig sein. Die Dusche (mit Duschvorhang wie zu Grosis Zeiten) komplett verkalkt. Trotz Meldung an Reception wurde nichts unternommen. Im Restaurant war komplettes Chaos, die Vorspeisen wurden ausnahmslos jeden Tag falsch serviert, fast jeden Tag eine andere Crew, die Tischzuordnung immer wieder neu was zu Missverständnis bei den vorbestellten Menüs führte. Das Essen (Halbpension), na ja, sehr langweilig, extrem mastig und auch etwas Vortags lastig. Fazit, leider so ein Beispiel dass die Lage immer wieder neue Gäste anlockt, trotz nicht sehr toller Rezession. Wir werden erst wieder im Panorama buchen sobald sich Vieles zum Besseren verändert hat.
