We were a party of 10 and had booked a private room. We were warmly welcomed the service for such a large party was excellent and the food delicious. The staff kindly arranged for one of the guests to use the hotel car park. Altogether a very happy occasion.

The hotel was perfect for us. Spacious room with very comfortable super king bed, quiet, clean and nice bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and I think the coffee was the best Ive ever had! Service was excellent and parking was available. Location was very convenient. Extremely good value for money. Will definitely stay again when visiting our son and family as he doesn’t have enough space.

We booked for a single night bed and breakfast. To open I’ll acknowledge that the view the two of us had of the Georgian might have been favourably coloured by our experience of a pretty shoddy place we stayed at the night before, but even allowing for that the Georgian gets top marks. I deal with the one possible area of complaint which is that our room, at the front of the hotel overlooking the high street in Haslemere, did not have double glazing. It didn’t bother us, but could be a problem for some. Other than that, its didn’t disappoint. A large and well-appointed room, big bed, big TV, fridge and brightly lit spotless bathroom. We paid around £180 up front and given what you get or often don’t get for that these days I happily recommend the place. Oh, and let’s not forget the breakfast. A wide choice of freshly cooked or continental offerings served promptly by friendly but not overbearing staff.

Came here for a Christmas party in January and stayed overnight. The restaurant was quite as expected and we were in the private dining room. The food was yummy, I had the steak with chimmichurri sauce and fries. We did want to play our own songs but there would no way of doing this without disrupting the whole restaurant which was a shame. They rooms were luxurious and really spacious and cute! I was very impressed although, they had the heating on way too high, I had to have the windows open all night as it was baking! That would be the only thing I would say that was negative. Gorgeous place would return!

We celebrated our Golden Wedding anniversary at the Coppa Club in Haslemere on the 30th March and we could not have asked for a better experience. They provided us with a large private function room (23 of us) and the service, the food and the atmosphere was TOP notch. We stayed the night in a large, clean, comfortable and well appointed room. Thank you everybody at the Coppa Club so much.

Very disappointing breakfast. My eggs were stone cold and so was the toast. I had to ask for more toast as I believed paying £22 for breakfast and only receiving 1 toast I felt you should get a little more than one! When my breakfast came I had no butter offered with my cold toast so I asked for more. I wasn’t offered any salt and pepper for my breakfast either. When complaining about my cold breakfast and cold toast the waitress offered to give me hotter eggs I declined and the extra toast she then gave was hot. Nobody came to check back on me after my complaint and no goodbye as I left. I refuse to ever go back and a poor breakfast paying that much just so disappointing. Staff should care more if customers complain. I’ll take my money elsewhere next time. Do not recommend

This is a very nice place, just as nice as the photos, if not better. (So often you arrive at a hotel and are disappointed, but not here). We hadn't checked about parking, so when we arrived we drove under the arch into a car park, which seemed to be for other places, and it wasn't really clear in big writing where hotel guests should park. FYI, park anywhere IMMEDIATELY inside the arch, without going through to the second bit, past a low wooden fence. It does actually say Coppa Club parking, but you can't see it unless you are up close. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming as you walk up to the front door. Once inside, you have to walk towards the bar and the reception desk is round the corner on the left. (You can't see it as you enter). They were very friendly and professional at the desk. The first thing I noticed was the ambience of the place -- relaxed and lively at the same time, people were finishing leisurely Sunday lunch and all seemed very happy. I felt very comfortable there. The room was lovely. Really clean and new, and larger than we imagined it might be. The bed looked luxurious, and was pretty comfortable, with nice fresh white linen. My husband thought there wasn't any milk, but it was in the fridge, along with a complimentary bottle of mineral water, and 2 glasses. The tea and coffee was good quality and the mugs were also very nice and a good size. The products in the shower room were also good quality. (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and hand cream). The towels were super thick, bright white and very nice. The shower room was really modern and nice. It's horrible to pay for a hotel that is not as nice as your own home -- much nicer to pay for something better - which is the case here! In the wardrobe there is iron and iron board and hairdryer in a linen bag (I had to look twice before I realised where the hairdryer was). But again, a good quality one. So the room and its facilities get a big thumbs-up from me. We had a couple of drinks at the bar, which were normal prices (not cheap, but normal). A pint of nice IPA and an Aperol spritz was about £16 - actually a little cheaper than our local pub in London. The service was good and the staff friendly. We went out to eat, although if we go back (which I'm sure we will) we will definitely try the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was fabulous. Not a buffet. the only thing missing for it to have been perfect for me, was fresh fruit, but the juice was nice. It is table service and everything cooked to order. It didn't have scrambled eggs on the menu, but as they have smoked salmon as an add-on extra, I asked if they did scrambled and they said yes, so I had that, and it was fabulous. We had paid in advance for the breakfast (17.50 pp), which is a good deal if you are going to have everything. However, if you only want a couple of eggs on toast and a coffee, it's cheaper to pay per item. The coffee at breakfast is good quality, proper stuff - a choice of

Visited there quite a few times as a coffee shop and restaurant….food is good and it’s a lovely place with nooks and crannies to sit in. Bit put off today by an aggressive manager using the client area to work in and noisily/rudely berating a member of staff in full view of everyone. Not a good look.
