Bu tesise sanıyorum ikinci gidişim. Öncelikle son derece başarılı. Resepsiyonda ve restaurantında İngilizce konuşan insanlar çalışıyor. Bu Bulgaristan için çok büyük ayrıcalık. Odaların ve çevrenin temizliği tartışılmaz. İlk gittiğimde resepsiyonda çok enerjik bir genç adam vardı. Ancak ikinci gittiğimde son derece suratsız bir hanımefendi vardı. Hatta çıkış yapacağım gün bir diğer resepsiyon görevlisi kadın yaklaşık 35dk içinde faturamı düzenleyemedi. Temizlik çalışanları çok gürültü yapıyor. Aralarında bağıra bağıra sohbet içindeler sürekli.
