Traveled from Texas worked late that night
I arrived to the hotel at 7:30 PM to get checked in and the hotel was closed apparently you can’t check in after 7 o clock yet I was still charged for the room for two nights still waiting to get my money back and then when I called the number on the front window the lady on the phone told me there’s nothing I can do about it because they won’t be back till 8 o’clock in the morning

Good place to stay. Restaurants, shopping centers , coffee shops everything was close by . Would stay here again , staff was also very friendly!

The room looks nothing like the pictures. The description says 2 queen beds. The beds aren’t queen size. Also seen roaches in the room.

I reserved a premium QUEEN room, and the bed I had was a full sized… the water wasn’t hot either. Other than that I had an excellent stay! Clean, quiet, and convenient. Thank you to Ms. Lee, Toni, Ms. Tina, and the cleaning staff for accommodating me! I will stay here again for sure.

First 2 nights the hot water didn’t work room had roaches and after locking key in room at night didn’t want to give me a key forced me to get another room very rude service!

The room smelled no matter how long I let my candle burn and had roaches!! The more I saw and killed the more came!!

This place had bugs just chilling. Bad place and bad room service. This is meant to be a NON-SMOKING experience but instead your lungs are meet with smoke? Don’t stay here Bad time for me and my family and we will definitely never stay here again
