place is convenient for business travellers. Hotel is clean and tidy.

Facilities were perfect for a last minute pit stop whilst travelling. The night receptionist was very helpful and patient and did a fantastic job with getting us booked in and settled. Loved the location, especially with the view of the boats right outside our room window.

Erika was amazing on reception, a lovely warm welcome with nice smile, chatty and gave myself and colleagues Information on local places to eat and things to do, I will definitely be back soon, Thank you for making our stay memorable Erika !!!

I had to change my booking. Mel on reception went above and beyond to help. Staying three nights she changed things around so I could have the same room which wasn’t easy access, as it was the only room available when it was booked. The hotel is in a lovely location on the marina. My only issue was no net or blind on the window so the curtains had to be closed for privacy on a sunny day.

I stayed here with my family and had a great stay. When we arrived the staff were extremely helpful. Sophie at the desk was very welcoming and polite. When we got to the room there was a note and a packet of biscuits welcoming us to the hotel. This really was a lovely touch. Our room had a view overlooking the water, facing the HMS naval museum- we have visited previously👍. There are plenty of shops within a short distance and along the marina front, there are cafe bars and restaurants. I would recommend visiting, there is tapas, Italian, and Indian restaurants and plenty of bars if you are just wanting a drink.

Overall what can I say… The Premier Inn situated in the surrounding marina, is a truly beautiful place. When I arrived I was greeted by the lovely Sophie, who was polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the view out of the window, overlooking the dock was simply idyllic. Although solo this time, I will 100% recommend this hotel to family/friends. I can imagine this place will be popular during the summer months, and I will certainly be returning. A must when visiting the Hartlepool area, plenty amenities, with the option of full and continental breakfast, in the adjoining restaurant, and free onsite parking which is always a bonus.
